20/04/2025: We stayed with the Spa Gourmet package in a junior suite and the experience was truly memorable. Palazzo Righini enchants you from the moment you enter: a place that preserves the authentic charm of the ancient convent, expertly harmonized with modern comfort and elegance. The junior suite was large, quiet, cared for in every detail, with an incredibly comfortable king-size bed that made the stay even more pleasant. The staff was kind, helpful and attentive at all times, making us feel truly pampered. The private spa service was also much appreciated, perfect for a moment of intimate relaxation. A special mention goes to the restaurant: a real discovery. Refined but welcoming environment, surprising cuisine for quality and presentation, with dishes that express great technique and passion. Absolutely honest prices for the level offered. We will return without a doubt.

21/04/2025: Siamo arrivati a Fossano dopo aver prenotato alcuni giorni prima per il pranzo di Pasqua,ci hanno proposto il menù fisso e devo dire che è stato tutto molto apprezzato: location, servizio e cibo tutto estremamente buono ma anche sofisticato, insomma una delizia! Il personale gentile e premuroso superconsigliato se siete nei paraggi! Peccato che eravamo solo di passaggio

Abbiamo iniziato con antipasti misti davvero ottimi, agnolotti al sugo di arrosto deliziosi, stracotto alla birra con contorno e crostata integrale con confettura di albicocche ottima!! Servizio impeccabile, staff molto gentile, locale ordinato e super pulito. Consigliatissimo a chi, come noi, amano il buon cibo e passare del tempo in famiglia. A presto!

16/05/2025: Non avendo prenotato sono riusciti cortesemente a trovarci un tavolo per me, mio marito ed i miei due bambini. Personale educato e cibo delizioso. Un locale curato e attento ai dettagli. Davvero una piacevolissima sorpresa, torneremo!

01/05/2025: Hotel 3 stelle ma che ne meriterebbe 4 abbondanti !Pulizia e cortesia senza eguali pur essendo capitato in un giorno in cui era pieno all inverosimile !Le camere sono classiche ma perfette , il cibo e il tipico cibo piemontese ma un po modernizzato , inoltre c'è' pure una pizzeria con forno a legna all' interno .Il personale mi e' sembrato cortese sempreCi sono capitato per caso per lavoro e posso dire che non.avrei mai immaginato di trovare un posto cosi in una frazione di un paesino.Se solo ci fosse una bella piscina sarebbe un bel posto per passare piacevoli momenti di relax !Se ripassero' da queste parti.....Sara una tappa sicura !Luca

22/04/2025: Truly delightful farmhouse for the place. I know the managers personally and the chef was nothing short of sensational. I have never tasted delicacies like this. Homemade dishes and the preparation of them on a decorative level is also wonderful. I highly recommend tasting the local dishes. I also offer my further compliments for everything.

22/04/2025: Small typical Piedmontese tavern, in the historic center of Fossano. Few tables, simple, courteous and attentive service. Quiet place where you can taste Piedmontese dishes and taste a good red wine. Today, after the Easter holidays, we only tasted two first courses: ravioles from Val Varaita and ravioli with Bra sausage and leeks. Feeling pampered like in your own home!
