02/02/2025: Esperienza pessima. Abbiamo aspettato 30 min crc per essere serviti, nemmeno tutti e 4 insieme (è arrivato prima il ginseng, poi il resto..). Non era consultabile la carta della caffetteria (in un bar!?) e abbiamo così ordinato a "scatola chiusa", per poi alla cassa.. Sorpresa (!!) : 15€ x due cioccolate calde, con panna, si fa per dire : arrivate fredde!! Per ultimo, il poco garbo dei camerieri. Non ci torneremo piú.

12/02/2025: We discovered this place by chance, booking at the last minute for a Sunday lunch. They were really nice and accepted our reservation and even at a slightly "inconvenient" time, close to the kitchen closing. What can I say, we had a great time. A well-kept place, elegant, but at the same time warm and welcoming. Impeccable service, the guys are all young, helpful, smiling and prepared. We didn't try any starters, but the Angus sub shovel and tail were divine, they melted in your mouth. Prices in line with quality and service. I hope to return soon.

17/02/2025: I stopped for lunch after a visit to the castle of Fossano...fixed menu 🍽consisting of fresh pasta🍝 (tagliatelle) topped with pumpkin and sausage, roast 🍖with a side dish of potatoes🥔, onions🧅 and carrots🥕, dessert (off the menu) a chestnut delicacy🌰🍧🍨 with cream...like Mont Blanch...WIDE choice of 🍷🍷🍷 wonderful experience...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

26/01/2025: Recommended by a shopkeeper from Fossano we had lunch in this restaurant. Excellent veal with tuna sauce and fassona steak. Homemade tagliolini with veal ragù and a delicious warm hazelnut cake with zabaglione. Friendly and professional owner. We will definitely be back!

20/11/2024: I went to this wonderful restaurant on Sunday for lunch and I can say without a doubt that it was one of the best places I've eaten lately. As for the food, every dish was a real delight. Fresh, quality ingredients were evident in every course. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, ideal for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The selection of wines is well curated, with labels that match perfectly with the dishes on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high quality gastronomic experience with appropriate price.

26/12/2024: I asked for a clear, hot latte with no "foam" Also because I asked for a latte, not a cappuccino. Arrived room temperature, dark and with 3/4 foam! The customer must be listened to... because as a paying person he should be satisfied. The brioche dough is really good but the cream is terrible! Result ... Not eaten... I won't go back again.

25/01/2025: Locale molto caotico e spartano che avrebbe necessità di un deciso rinnovamento (alcuni tavoli sono decisamente al buio), si mangia in abbondanza ma la qualità lascia molto a desiderare: dagli antipasti mediocri alla carne che è servita al sangue, cosa che non tutti apprezzano. Il personale è gentile, tuttavia non ci tornerei più.

Io avevo i minuti contati per pranzare e mi hanno subito fatto accomodare e portato i piatti molto rapidamente. Li ringrazio e consiglio questo posto sia per la qualità del cibo che per il prezzo molto onesto. Il personale gentilissimo e attento ad accontentare le richieste dei clienti.
