05/01/2026: Excellent Sunday lunch. Quality food served with courtesy and professionalism. They offer a fixed menu, but they offer alternatives if you have allergies or if you don't like something. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

15/03/2026: Osteria Il Torchio lived up to its hype - we were a group of 7 Italians and had an amazing time indulging in a hearty lunch on a rainy, chilly Saturday. The place is a short uphill stroll from Dogliani's main square, and it's got loads of charm with its brick walls and wine bottles galore. The food's dead traditional (loved especially the antipasti alla piemontese) service was on point - young, friendly staff, quick and attentive. And bonus points for the spotless toilet! All in all, a fair 35€ pp for an appetizer, a main, shared dessert, wine and water. Reservation is recommended. Grazie e a presto!

14/03/2026: A very pleasant restaurant with very friendly staff. Even though we arrived at 2:00 PM on a Sunday, the owner didn't hesitate to seat us (the restaurant was quite full). A three-course menu (starter, main course, dessert) for €35. Simple but well-prepared dishes and generous portions. We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. A place to remember...

01/02/2026: We had lunch at this inn on Sunday. Unfortunately, I can't give it full stars because the portions seemed truly too small. We left the table still hungry, despite the price tag we felt was disproportionate to what we ate: €55 per person, not including a full meal, with an €18 bottle of wine. Decent quality, but the price/quantity ratio definitely needs reconsidering.

19/01/2026: A lovely restaurant in the historic center of Dogliani, with beautiful brick vaults. The atmosphere is very pleasant, thanks both to the friendly waiters and owner, and to the customers, who are easily able to strike up a conversation, even in Piedmontese. The menu offers a good selection of dishes, all of Piedmontese origin. The Fassona tartare is delicious, as is the pasta with venison ragù, duck à l'orange, and filo pastry, and the desserts are truly unique. The waiting times between courses are also very good. Excellent selection of wines, almost all local. Very good value.

20/10/2025: We took advantage of the Spa and Gastronomic Experience package... Excellent location, beautiful setting, very kind and helpful staff. Spa overlooking the vineyards, clean, quiet... FRE restaurant with very knowledgeable staff, never intrusive, attentive to every detail, excellent food... TOP desserts 😍... We spent the day immersed in a very well-kept place even outside, wrapped in an unreal silence... Definitely all very relaxing.

26/12/2025: The staff, who are also the owners, are exceptionally kind and professional. The breakfast is authentic, with excellent coffee, juices, biscuits, and homemade jams. The heating is turned on well in advance so that guests arrive in a warm, comfortable environment.

The ingredients are carefully selected, and the authenticity is evident in the dishes, which are impeccably presented. Excellent wine selection: we ordered the Dolcetto and Timorasso from BriccoBracchi: a perfect pairing. Truly excellent.

10/01/2026: We waited an hour for dinner....the atmosphere was clean and very simple. The only flaw is that the tables are small, but that's perhaps the art of using limited space to its fullest, and that's to be appreciated. There was no coat rack...in fact, despite the cramped space, we put everything on our chairs...and the women? Who also have bags?...well, what can I say...All in all, it was a feast! And not bad at all. Happy New Year!

08/12/2025: Dinner with relatives, a place they know because they're local. They serve appetizers, first courses, second courses, fried fish, and then pizza. I liked the location, the cleanliness, and especially the menu, with limited dishes (not too extensive), and the speed of service. The pizzas are all pan-fried with the most common toppings. There's a wide and comprehensive wine selection; after all, we're in Dogliani. I had a deviled pizza, with a nice crispy crust. I've heard good reviews for everyone else, especially the mixed seafood platter, which is a great price and plentiful. The only thing I liked about the place is that it didn't absorb much noise, and you had to turn up the volume to be heard.
