28/09/2025: Located in the Arma Valley, above Demonte, it can be reached by car, but especially by bike and motorbike.
The surrounding landscape is magnificent and wild.
The cuisine is excellent, carefully prepared and homemade, with vegetarian options.
The owner and staff are kind and cheerful.
We didn't use the rooms, so I can't comment.
In the summer, there's a star box just outside the refuge, allowing you to sleep while fully enjoying the starry night sky.
14/09/2025: A charming place, we spent a wonderful, relaxing day. The owner was welcoming, and all the staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
Excellent, authentic dishes, and exquisite desserts.
We'll definitely be back!

12/10/2025: I ate really well. If you're looking for a restaurant with a ten-page menu, this isn't the place for you. Everything was wonderful, with great attention to local tradition. I won't describe the dishes because most of them were a surprise to me, as I wasn't familiar with Occitan cuisine. All of this was wrapped up in the restaurant owner's kindness. Which never hurts. Well done, well done, well done.
22/09/2025: Definitely a beautiful restaurant. The food quality is excellent, but the portions are really small. I ate two dishes, but it felt like I'd sampled two dishes. And the prices are as if I'd eaten actual portions.
It's a shame, because the place is worth it.

14/09/2025: What a surprise to find this pastry shop here! Walk past the long counter with ice cream and delicious mini tarts to the back, where you'll find the coffee shop (not visible from the outside) or the terrace where you can enjoy these delicacies. They also have savory snacks, all at reasonable prices, with friendly staff who even speak English. Everything is homemade in the beautiful kitchen at the very back.
12/09/2025: Excellent pastries, extremely helpful waitresses: they helped us a lot during a difficult time on the bike! 🚴🏽♀️🚴🏻♂️

12/10/2025: Excellent service and hospitality.
Helpful and attentive.
We booked four rooms, but there were more of us, and he put us in touch with another nearby establishment that he had already heard had rooms. Truly good service.
Excellent breakfast.
The restaurant was a pleasant surprise.
Eating where you have a room is priceless, especially if you arrive late at night on your motorcycle.
Excellent pizza and fantastic tripe.
We'll be back.
20/09/2025: The hotel is perfectly located for motorcycle travelers; simple and unpretentious. Dinner was good, breakfast was poor.

21/04/2025: Il centro turistico escursionistico "Olmo Bianco", nel comune di Demonte, è immerso nella natura della piana di Bergemolo a 1160 m. di altitudine e comodamente raggiungibile in auto.
La struttura, perfettamente inserita nel contesto paesaggistico, si presenta arredata con gusto, coerente alla realtà di montagna. Accoglienza cordiale e informale e servizio con tempistiche adeguate. La qualità dei piatti risulta essere molto buona. Il prezzo finale è sicuramente più che adeguato all'offerta culinaria. Fortemente consigliato.
13/01/2025: Abbiamo pranzato io e mia moglie questa domenica a pranzo.
In tutti i piatti, dagli antipasti al dolce, si può notare un impegno e una cura veramente notevole. La materia prima è chiaramente ricercata e di ottima qualità.
I titolari sono persone abituate a lavorare bene e lo dimostrano sia nel servizio che nella cucina. Siamo usciti veramente soddisfatti e io specialmente con la pancia piena dopo i vari antipasti con ripassi, mocetta, insalata russa,tomini,cotechino e lenticchie,gnocchi al castelmagno, ossobuco fotonico da 10 e lode , agnello al forno da farti leccare i baffi e tiramisù fatto in casa.
Non sono mancate due chiacchere piacevoli con Claudio e Grazia.
Complimento d'obbligo anche alla figlia Sofia per l'impegno dimostrato.
Non si trovano facilmente posti del genere che ormai sembrano in via di estinzione...Locale consigliato davvero!

24/08/2024: Ordinato cozze alla marinara e livornese, fritto misto..........ottimo più che abbondante come porzione singola. Prezzo adeguato.Personale e titolare gentilissimi. Da consigliare.
08/08/2024: Lasagne alle verdure,fatte in casa orecchiette al ragù bianco, secondo mozzarella di bufala e prosciutto cotto, salciccia e patate fritte,e acqua in bottiglia di vetro San Pellegrino direi consigliabile
