06/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel for two nights, chosen as a strategic location for sports activities. It offers excellent value for money. Unfortunately, since the building is dated, nothing is missing.
The pizza is very good.

16/06/2026: Stopped by based on some recommendations. A good refreshment spot, we ordered a platter of their cured meats and cheeses, complete with explanations of the types and order of serving; truly excellent.
We wanted to purchase their products, which we naturally did.
Special cured meats like speck and lamb prosciutto, Barolo wine, and other treats.
19/04/2026: We got two excellent take-away sandwiches.

01/06/2026: I celebrated my godmother's 70th birthday yesterday! The service, kindness, and helpfulness of the staff were exceptional!!! I ate some wild strawberries I found by chance, and I petted one of their excellent horses!!! A beautiful day!! And I repeat, the staff was fantastic!!!!! I also recommend trying the rooms, which in my opinion are truly unique!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
26/05/2026: A super cute and quaint agriturismo, immersed in nature, family-run and very hospitable.
As a group, we enjoyed an aperitif and then went on a two-hour horseback ride.
The aperitif was plentiful and full of a variety of traditional dishes.
The horseback ride was very enjoyable, and Davide's guidance made it even more enjoyable.
They turned a job into a passion, which is rare these days!

21/04/2025: Il centro turistico escursionistico "Olmo Bianco", nel comune di Demonte, è immerso nella natura della piana di Bergemolo a 1160 m. di altitudine e comodamente raggiungibile in auto.
La struttura, perfettamente inserita nel contesto paesaggistico, si presenta arredata con gusto, coerente alla realtà di montagna. Accoglienza cordiale e informale e servizio con tempistiche adeguate. La qualità dei piatti risulta essere molto buona. Il prezzo finale è sicuramente più che adeguato all'offerta culinaria. Fortemente consigliato.
13/01/2025: Abbiamo pranzato io e mia moglie questa domenica a pranzo.
In tutti i piatti, dagli antipasti al dolce, si può notare un impegno e una cura veramente notevole. La materia prima è chiaramente ricercata e di ottima qualità.
I titolari sono persone abituate a lavorare bene e lo dimostrano sia nel servizio che nella cucina. Siamo usciti veramente soddisfatti e io specialmente con la pancia piena dopo i vari antipasti con ripassi, mocetta, insalata russa,tomini,cotechino e lenticchie,gnocchi al castelmagno, ossobuco fotonico da 10 e lode , agnello al forno da farti leccare i baffi e tiramisù fatto in casa.
Non sono mancate due chiacchere piacevoli con Claudio e Grazia.
Complimento d'obbligo anche alla figlia Sofia per l'impegno dimostrato.
Non si trovano facilmente posti del genere che ormai sembrano in via di estinzione...Locale consigliato davvero!

24/08/2024: Ordinato cozze alla marinara e livornese, fritto misto..........ottimo più che abbondante come porzione singola. Prezzo adeguato.Personale e titolare gentilissimi. Da consigliare.
08/08/2024: Lasagne alle verdure,fatte in casa orecchiette al ragù bianco, secondo mozzarella di bufala e prosciutto cotto, salciccia e patate fritte,e acqua in bottiglia di vetro San Pellegrino direi consigliabile
