06/01/2026: I've been going here since I was a child, and the smell of this place is forever etched in my heart. The pastries are all delicious, every product you try is made to perfection, but the croissants are a must! The staff is kind and truly knowledgeable.

07/10/2025: Very good food. Many of them are homemade. The cured meats and cheeses are delicious. Even the refrigerated section has their own products worth trying. A must-stop if you want to try something special.

Now we're dreaming of staying at the hotel on our next visit.

13/01/2026: Farmhouse nestled in the woods, with spectacular views. Rustically renovated farmhouse, just like it used to be! The food is excellent. Typical dishes include cruset, traditional pasta handmade by local elders, and lamb: a delight! Excellent value.
27/10/2025: I booked a horseback ride at La Truna through Freedome for Saturday, October 4th, at 4:00 PM (booking confirmed on September 26th). Only the evening before the activity did I receive a WhatsApp message from the guide, Davide Bernardi, informing me of the cancellation due to technical issues with his phone and the management of confirmations.
After that announcement, I notified those scheduled to attend that the event had been canceled.
However, over the next few hours, I received several messages at intervals, each with different instructions: first the proposal to move the date, then to move the time up, and finally—late in the evening—the confirmation of the original time. It was a fragmented and confusing interaction, bordering on exhausting. Less than 24 hours before the appointment, it was too late: we had already made other arrangements.
Furthermore, when I requested a full refund, I was offered a partial one, even though the cancellation was clearly the provider's responsibility. Only thanks to Freedome's intervention was it possible to obtain a full refund.
A disappointing experience, handled with little professionalism. Those who work with the public should ensure clear, reliable communication and respect for their customers' time!
I do not recommend this facility, at least not until their organization and communication are improved.

21/04/2025: Il centro turistico escursionistico "Olmo Bianco", nel comune di Demonte, è immerso nella natura della piana di Bergemolo a 1160 m. di altitudine e comodamente raggiungibile in auto.
La struttura, perfettamente inserita nel contesto paesaggistico, si presenta arredata con gusto, coerente alla realtà di montagna. Accoglienza cordiale e informale e servizio con tempistiche adeguate. La qualità dei piatti risulta essere molto buona. Il prezzo finale è sicuramente più che adeguato all'offerta culinaria. Fortemente consigliato.
13/01/2025: Abbiamo pranzato io e mia moglie questa domenica a pranzo.
In tutti i piatti, dagli antipasti al dolce, si può notare un impegno e una cura veramente notevole. La materia prima è chiaramente ricercata e di ottima qualità.
I titolari sono persone abituate a lavorare bene e lo dimostrano sia nel servizio che nella cucina. Siamo usciti veramente soddisfatti e io specialmente con la pancia piena dopo i vari antipasti con ripassi, mocetta, insalata russa,tomini,cotechino e lenticchie,gnocchi al castelmagno, ossobuco fotonico da 10 e lode , agnello al forno da farti leccare i baffi e tiramisù fatto in casa.
Non sono mancate due chiacchere piacevoli con Claudio e Grazia.
Complimento d'obbligo anche alla figlia Sofia per l'impegno dimostrato.
Non si trovano facilmente posti del genere che ormai sembrano in via di estinzione...Locale consigliato davvero!

24/08/2024: Ordinato cozze alla marinara e livornese, fritto misto..........ottimo più che abbondante come porzione singola. Prezzo adeguato.Personale e titolare gentilissimi. Da consigliare.
08/08/2024: Lasagne alle verdure,fatte in casa orecchiette al ragù bianco, secondo mozzarella di bufala e prosciutto cotto, salciccia e patate fritte,e acqua in bottiglia di vetro San Pellegrino direi consigliabile
