23/06/2026: A truly wonderful experience at Ristorante Balcone sulle Langhe BASULÀ! The tajarin and the braised cheek (guancia) were absolutely fantastic. The location is very cool, offering a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the vibe. The staff deserves a special mention: incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Highly recommended!

The food was excellent, varied, and interesting. The ingredients were fresh (e.g., porcini mushrooms, raspberries, etc.). During our 12 days in Piedmont, we didn't eat anywhere else so well. Bravo!!
