06/01/2026: A mountain restaurant with something extra. We had a great time, without needing to be "glamorous," just the right amount of pampering... it felt like being at home... with family. Simple, traditional dishes... excellent! High-quality wine by the glass, and a few bottles are available if you prefer. Large summer terrace and parking in front of the restaurant, in the town square.
If you want to enjoy a simple experience, coming is a must. Highly recommended!

08/02/2026: Simple, good, home-style food, a simple restaurant, a very friendly waiter, a true old-fashioned trattoria. Five appetizers, one first course, two second courses with sides, three desserts, coffee and digestifs, a liter carafe, €27 per person. Convenient parking in front.
23/01/2026: I went on Sunday... I had heard good things about it... I don't know if it was just a bad day... but everything was inedible.

28/12/2025: It was known that it would be difficult to maintain and/or surpass Bianca's level, but like this... a real disappointment!! After giving them a few chances, I truly believe they are hopeless!

12/11/2023: Piccolo locale nel centro di Brossasco, le pizze ed i primi sono buoni e ben fatti, credo però che servirebbe qualche piatto in più sul menù specialmente per quel che riguarda i secondi, il servizio è molto alla buona ma ben eseguito, da rivedere sicuramente il locale che è un po' datato e non molto curato, conto normale
08/10/2023: Eravamo di passaggio e abbiamo deciso di prendere 2 pizze d'asporto. Nonostante il locale pieno il pizzaiolo è stato così gentile da passarci comunque. In 5 minuti siamo usciti con 2 pizze pagate ad un prezzo veramente onesto. Pizze che devo dire sono risultate davvero buone e leggere! Approvato!
