07/04/2026: Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture, but the main course was beef Fassona with salsa verde. It's been the best beef I've had in Europe for a long time. An absolute highlight; looking back on the last 12 months, it's one of my favorite cuts of meat. I love to travel, but this was a wow experience, even by international standards. The overall presentation of the food was rather rustic and minimalist, but the very high quality needed nothing more.

Fantastic place and service.
Typical Langhe cuisine and top-notch wine!

03/11/2025: The appetizer sample was outstanding, great assortment, wonderful taste.
I'm a huge fan of Osteria del Ponte. I've been there twice (both on my motorcycle) and have always eaten excellently. Plus, the ladies are always kind enough to let me charge my phone!
