14/06/2025: Very fresh fish of the highest quality, a guarantee in the area. If you want to drink important bottles and go down to Ostriche is the right place, always recommended. You are on the lake shore, with the ducks that come to greet you, slightly breezy and pleasant climate, when in the areas it is suffocating from the heat, praiseworthy and complete the youthful service. Personally for the class and prices of the place to review the menus even if very beautiful, and the coffee not to my personal taste, too too strong, but nonsense, here the quality and the peaches are remarkable. I recommend their first courses, always excellent and very tasty.

11/06/2025: Very charming place with lakefront tables and impeccable organization, really very accurate service and very well structured seafood dishes, varied and well organized wine list. Prices in line with the location.

17/05/2025: Stopped for lunch to grab a bite and decided on 2 pizzas... good. PLACE not on the lake but with convenient parking unfortunately right on the road however we had a good time, I would only tell the owners to smile a little more.

26/05/2025: Very nice and refined place and a very varied menu with pizza hamburgers but also refined dishes from the Fassona steak to fried fish. Excellent wines! And really nice and helpful staff! I would say everything is super! Highly recommended

21/05/2025: Qualche anno fa rimasi positivamente molto sorpresa di questo ristorante.. cibo buono, locale grazioso e ricercato, prezzi abbastanza competitivi. Oggi mi spiace dire che sul cibo ho notato dei peggioramenti. Bella l'idea delle pagnottine di pane di vari gusti.. peccato sapessero solo di freezer. La frittura di calamari non aveva la classica panatura o pastella che rende il piatto croccante, il pesce risultava morbido, come cotto in padella e non fritto. Il vino bianco della casa solo frizzante "altrimenti vi prendete una bottiglia!". I prezzi non più concorrenziali. La ragazza che ci ha servito deliziosa e professionale, e condivido la sua idea di evitare di spegnere le candele col soffio per evitare quella fastidiosa puzza. La prossima volta proveremo la pizza.

18/06/2025: It's the second time in 2 years. Unlike the first time we stayed inside. Given the day. We were fine with a paddle fan nearby. Very good grilled fish at a fair price. The staff is friendly.

15/06/2025: The place is very nice, cool despite the heat and offers a wonderful view of Lake Viverone. The staff is friendly, but the service today was not satisfactory. They served two guests first, making the others wait. They forgot the bread and the second course of one of the guests. We ordered fish-based dishes: the octopus carpaccio was good; the swordfish was tender, but cooked in a tasteless tomato sauce with capers and olives; the tagliolini with clams was nothing special; the fish carbonara was full of cream (the forgotten course); good tiramisu. The portions are generous. I admit my disappointment and the bad impression made on my guests. I did not expect gourmet dishes, but not so disappointing either. It's a shame because the place is very suggestive.

08/02/2025: A place that stands out among many, one attached to the other, first for its size between inside and outside and second for its aesthetic location. All glassed in so you can enjoy the landscape outside Lake Viverone 🏞 Arriving shortly after lunch time around 2.00pm we looked at the menu 📓 with some delicacies and costs I must say were quite honest. First little problem… the wait! It wasn't very long but after waiting 25'/30' minutes just to sit down, we noticed that just before inviting us to sit down they had let a couple pass in front of us (those who had actually arrived there a few minutes earlier in the queue)... but there could be a mistake, the important thing is to have sat down and started eating. Let's take a Roast-Beef 🥩 with rocket and cherry tomatoes around €9.50, an octopus 🐙 with potatoes €10 and a "pinsa" 🍕 with Bresaola flakes of parmesan 🧀. At which the girl who handled the orders in the DEHORS (VERY KIND AND SUPER HELPFUL) warns that the octopus is finished, then corrects herself and says that perhaps there is something left (but she has to ask the kitchen for confirmation). Moral of the story, we wait for the dishes to arrive and in addition to discovering that for the entire table service, no oil or salt was put in 🧂, we send the octopus 🐙 back because only a plate full of potatoes 🥔 with 3/4 small pieces of octopus arrive. Rightly, seeing dishes at the nearest tables, it was not our intention to remain silent and not point this out... Instead of the latter dish, we take a Valle d'Aosta pinsa which arrives at our table in a very short time. Here I would like to break down in favor of the place the quality of the focaccia or rather "pinsa" which was not "00" flour but certainly one made of semolina or buckwheat. However very, very good 💯 We continue our lunch, I abstain from dessert but we ask for a cone 🍦 to take away. I can confirm that I kept seeing many very beautiful and very inviting 🍨 ice cream sundaes pass before our eyes. The dimensions of the cones were very demanding, the quality of the toilets was decent (considering the full capacity). I think 4 ⭐️ stars are more than deserved. A bit of confusion between the girls in the room and at the counter, a wine cellar 🍷 SPECTACULAR where I posted the photo. Will I go back? Who knows, he's certainly with some friends or in a group. 😉
