09/05/2025: Environment,..a spectacle on Lake Viverone... staff service, very well grilled fish dishes, excellent first courses, excellent white wine from Trentino. Special desserts. A "criticism? Portions too large, at least for me but that's not a flaw...

08/05/2025: Il Glicine a Viverone is a perfect choice for those looking for a dinner with a lake view in a suggestive location. The menu is varied, with land and sea proposals: I personally recommend the first courses, such as the tagliatelle with swordfish and pistachios from Bronte, tasty and truly plentiful. The mixed fried food is also good, well done...Friendly and attentive service. It's not among the cheapest, but the experience and the view make the evening special.

17/05/2025: Stopped for lunch to grab a bite and decided on 2 pizzas... good. PLACE not on the lake but with convenient parking unfortunately right on the road however we had a good time, I would only tell the owners to smile a little more.

26/05/2025: Very nice and refined place and a very varied menu with pizza hamburgers but also refined dishes from the Fassona steak to fried fish. Excellent wines! And really nice and helpful staff! I would say everything is super! Highly recommended

04/05/2025: Very slow service, overcooked and tasteless pasta, caramelized onions with a very strange taste. Rude and grumpy owner, she treated our group badly the whole evening.

15/05/2025: Alpine gathering 2025. Beautiful place on the lake. Unfortunately the service was lacking. Especially one waitress was asked several times for napkins. We got up with the napkin still to arrive. Good food, except for the side dish which was bland and tasteless. When asked what was in the dessert no one knew (and if someone was allergic? To some ingredient?)

14/05/2025: Ci siamo andati una domenica sera per un viaggio di gruppo perciò non posso parlare dei costi. Nel locale sono presenti vari tavoli e la struttura può accogliere molti commensali e nella la vostra sul lago. Il pane che abbiamo trovato in tavola al nostro arrivo erano delle baguette riscaldate. Le portate erano più o meno nella norma e per quasi tutte le portate é stato richiesto un bis. Il dolce non era nulla di particolare, biscotti morbidi con una mousse di frutti di bosco, ed infine il caffè serviti nel bicchierino di plastica Il personale di sala era sempre presente e disponibile ad ogni esigenza. Una particolarità, alcuni piatti che ci sono stati portati erano marchiati con il nome dell' hotel di fronte alla struttura.

08/02/2025: A place that stands out among many, one attached to the other, first for its size between inside and outside and second for its aesthetic location. All glassed in so you can enjoy the landscape outside Lake Viverone 🏞 Arriving shortly after lunch time around 2.00pm we looked at the menu 📓 with some delicacies and costs I must say were quite honest. First little problem… the wait! It wasn't very long but after waiting 25'/30' minutes just to sit down, we noticed that just before inviting us to sit down they had let a couple pass in front of us (those who had actually arrived there a few minutes earlier in the queue)... but there could be a mistake, the important thing is to have sat down and started eating. Let's take a Roast-Beef 🥩 with rocket and cherry tomatoes around €9.50, an octopus 🐙 with potatoes €10 and a "pinsa" 🍕 with Bresaola flakes of parmesan 🧀. At which the girl who handled the orders in the DEHORS (VERY KIND AND SUPER HELPFUL) warns that the octopus is finished, then corrects herself and says that perhaps there is something left (but she has to ask the kitchen for confirmation). Moral of the story, we wait for the dishes to arrive and in addition to discovering that for the entire table service, no oil or salt was put in 🧂, we send the octopus 🐙 back because only a plate full of potatoes 🥔 with 3/4 small pieces of octopus arrive. Rightly, seeing dishes at the nearest tables, it was not our intention to remain silent and not point this out... Instead of the latter dish, we take a Valle d'Aosta pinsa which arrives at our table in a very short time. Here I would like to break down in favor of the place the quality of the focaccia or rather "pinsa" which was not "00" flour but certainly one made of semolina or buckwheat. However very, very good 💯 We continue our lunch, I abstain from dessert but we ask for a cone 🍦 to take away. I can confirm that I kept seeing many very beautiful and very inviting 🍨 ice cream sundaes pass before our eyes. The dimensions of the cones were very demanding, the quality of the toilets was decent (considering the full capacity). I think 4 ⭐️ stars are more than deserved. A bit of confusion between the girls in the room and at the counter, a wine cellar 🍷 SPECTACULAR where I posted the photo. Will I go back? Who knows, he's certainly with some friends or in a group. 😉
