29/07/2025: Siamo stati un sabato sera, ottima accoglienza, servizio molto cortese e rapido. Cibo di qualità carta dei vini adeguata. Abbiamo assaporato le ostriche, un'insalata di mare e del fritto di calamari e gamberetti...tutto molto buono. Consiglio il locale.

28/07/2025: Siamo andati durante una serata organizzata dal locale,tanta gente e tanto divertimento,i ragazzi molto disponibili e sicurezza sempre pronta ad intervenire (ci siamo sentiti al sicuro) ci torneremo sicuramente

15/07/2025: Sunday noon, the restaurant outside was almost full, in a great lakeside location. Finally, the staff are young and attentive, dynamic, and unpretentious... they're working hard and respectful. Very good. The food is truly excellent and plentiful, and I'd say the wine list is more than in line with the dishes you can order. The preparation of the dishes is also perfect. We only ate the fish, which was very fresh and very well cooked. The dessert was tasty. Highly recommended. The price is right for what's served; it's not a trattoria.

05/08/2025: What can I say? The service was a disaster, but the food was excellent. I left a tip, and the cashier was extremely surprised that I left money for her server... okay, so why keep it? If this were my restaurant, this guy would be fired immediately.

05/08/2025: Very good meal on a lovely terrace. Too bad the service was cold, which is not usual in Italy.

23/07/2025: A very nice restaurant, with attention to detail, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the lake. Refined, high-quality food; the pizza was quite good, though it could have been cooked a little more. The fried calamari was truly excellent! We arrived early and were able to dine before the place filled up, which meant there was a long wait. One waiter is really not enough; they could use some help; they're already too good! The water bottles are too small; they should have liter bottles too.

19/07/2025: The service staff were extremely kind and courteous, 10 out of 10, the food excellent, 10 out of 10, and the view enchanting, 10 out of 10. It's a shame the owner is extremely grumpy and rude. She's afraid of dogs and asked us to put our 40kg dog under a two-person table. She stays still, quiet, and wouldn't hurt a fly—she's not a Chihuahua! You've lost two customers who would have returned, but because of the owner, we won't be back!

20/07/2025: We wanted to try one of Viverone's most charming restaurants, and the dinner immediately proved to be a cross between a nightmare and a candid camera, with dishes presented on the menu that weren't there, disincentives to order pizzas that they claimed would take a long wait to arrive, which also happened with the other dishes. And last but not least, the veggie burger was so blackened on one side that it might even be harmful. When we asked to speak to the owner, he denied our request, giving us decidedly banal excuses and placing the blame on the "employees." Dear Sirs, when you run a restaurant, you are primarily responsible for the actions of your employees and must personally take responsibility for their mistakes, assuming they make any, and not use them as scapegoats. The patience, diligence, and embarrassment of the "employees" were the only positive aspects of an otherwise appalling dinner.

19/07/2025: Eravamo a cena con amici ..Cena da dimenticare ..lentezza assurda ..per un pizza 40 Min!..mancanza di cibo.. cibo bruciato ! Mancanza di organizzazione !

08/02/2025: A place that stands out among many, one attached to the other, first for its size between inside and outside and second for its aesthetic location. All glassed in so you can enjoy the landscape outside Lake Viverone 🏞 Arriving shortly after lunch time around 2.00pm we looked at the menu 📓 with some delicacies and costs I must say were quite honest. First little problem… the wait! It wasn't very long but after waiting 25'/30' minutes just to sit down, we noticed that just before inviting us to sit down they had let a couple pass in front of us (those who had actually arrived there a few minutes earlier in the queue)... but there could be a mistake, the important thing is to have sat down and started eating. Let's take a Roast-Beef 🥩 with rocket and cherry tomatoes around €9.50, an octopus 🐙 with potatoes €10 and a "pinsa" 🍕 with Bresaola flakes of parmesan 🧀. At which the girl who handled the orders in the DEHORS (VERY KIND AND SUPER HELPFUL) warns that the octopus is finished, then corrects herself and says that perhaps there is something left (but she has to ask the kitchen for confirmation). Moral of the story, we wait for the dishes to arrive and in addition to discovering that for the entire table service, no oil or salt was put in 🧂, we send the octopus 🐙 back because only a plate full of potatoes 🥔 with 3/4 small pieces of octopus arrive. Rightly, seeing dishes at the nearest tables, it was not our intention to remain silent and not point this out... Instead of the latter dish, we take a Valle d'Aosta pinsa which arrives at our table in a very short time. Here I would like to break down in favor of the place the quality of the focaccia or rather "pinsa" which was not "00" flour but certainly one made of semolina or buckwheat. However very, very good 💯 We continue our lunch, I abstain from dessert but we ask for a cone 🍦 to take away. I can confirm that I kept seeing many very beautiful and very inviting 🍨 ice cream sundaes pass before our eyes. The dimensions of the cones were very demanding, the quality of the toilets was decent (considering the full capacity). I think 4 ⭐️ stars are more than deserved. A bit of confusion between the girls in the room and at the counter, a wine cellar 🍷 SPECTACULAR where I posted the photo. Will I go back? Who knows, he's certainly with some friends or in a group. 😉

20/01/2025: Very modern place with large and beautiful windows overlooking the lake, wide choice of drinks and excellent home-made cream, friendly service but without particular ideas
