08/06/2025: A magical corner in the Biella hills This is our fourth visit to Castello di Montecavallo, and each time it's an unforgettable experience. We chose to celebrate my birthday here, and, as always, everything was perfect. The castle is a magical place, meticulously cared for and managed with passion. Martina is an extraordinary host: she welcomes you with a smile and shares the history and work behind every glass with infectious passion. The wine, needless to say, is simply incredible—every tasting is a journey through authentic aromas and flavors. This time, we wanted to complete the experience by staying a night in the B&B on the estate. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and perfectly in tune with the beauty of the place. The views of the greenery are picture-perfect, and everything is maintained with such care that you can feel it everywhere. In the morning, we were greeted by a dream breakfast, prepared by Erica, whose sweetness and attentiveness make you start the day with a smile and a wealth of delicious treats. In short? A place of the soul, one to always return to. Highly recommended.
