An experience to try and repeat without a doubt for dinner and lunch.
The value for money is undeniable, and it depends on what you drink and how much you eat.
I went for dinner alone and then for lunch.
For lunch, two people spent €50-55, including water and wine, with a first course each and a second course for two (a very generous and excellent breaded elephant ear).
The cover charge was elegant and generous, with a delicious welcome dish.
The staff, besides being attentive and knowledgeable, was also kind, friendly, and just the right amount of friendly. A pleasant atmosphere.

05/12/2025: As someone passing through Novara for a few hours and for the first time in Novara..., the first place that came to my attention on Google Maps was a simple savory puff pastry snack and a cappuccino, nothing special, though.... Very kind and courteous staff, reliable and attentive, very welcoming and accurate, very open-plan space 👍😎 Like a first contact with the city of Novara, I mean, I immediately felt at ease ❤️❤️❤️ The first impression is always decisive!!! It was a real pleasure 👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰 Thank you so much 🌸🌺💕 Highly recommended

There are clean showers 🚿 and restrooms 🚾. The showers are powered by a coin machine. Insert 0.50 cents and it gives you 2 minutes of water. You can change 2 euros for 50 cents at reception.
The restaurant opens at 7:15 PM for dinner. The menu costs 20 euros 💶, and that includes free parking and dinner.
There were plenty of seats at 6:00 PM, but by 9:00 PM it gets packed, but you can still find a spot.
The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and of good quality. Another really nice feature is that they have tables for singles, and the waiters take this into account whether you're alone or with someone else. That's really cool 👍.

23/08/2025: We arrived without a reservation. A pleasant evening, enjoying an excellent parmigiana and a truly delicious first course (Roma, orecchiette cacio e pepe with shrimp tartare), all accompanied by a warm welcome that deserves top marks.

16/01/2026: The best croissants I've ever had, soft and fragrant at the same time. We tried both the hazelnut and chocolate ones, and they were both delicious! What surprised us was that even though it was 7:00 AM, the place was almost full of people having breakfast. The café/pastry shop is just a few meters from the highway and is definitely worth a stop...and the prices are fair, too!
20/11/2025: Unfortunately, I have to give one star; they don't even deserve that. It's a shame that I spent 40 minutes waiting for tea, which they didn't even serve. Four people working for six tables can't even serve one customer. They even came by my table twice and didn't realize there was nothing on the same table. "SHAME!"
