Tried mussels puttanesca, fantastic.
The only note after the meal was that the limoncino was missing, on the Garda and in the "fish" restaurant it is a must to keep the limoncino fresh.

03/12/2024: Sono stata a cena con la mia famiglia sabato scorso..il personale é molto disponibile,attento e simpatico..qualitá che quasi mai riscontro in chi lavora con il pubblico; quasi tutti abbiamo preso la pizza:buona,ma la cosa più apprezzata credo sia stata la mega bottiglia di grappa bevuta a fine pasto!🤣Ritorneremo sicuramente poiché ci siamo trovati molto bene.
23/11/2024: An excellent family restaurant that is comfortable for both adults and children! The staff is excellent, they can turn any portion into a children's portion! Very good service, food delivered on time and in chronological order! At the end there is a chic bar, they make good cocktails, a large selection of wines and cognac! Clean bathroom with automatic services! Very reasonable prices, you can have dinner with apperol for 30 euros!

06/11/2024: We certainly ate very well and the value for money is good. Super starters, in particular the fantastic mixed lake one made with love and beautifully plentiful. Even the mussels, even though they come from far away, were very good. The first courses are delicious, the only flaw perhaps is the pasta with scallops and truffles with a little too much cream, but still very good. Overall an excellent restaurant with precise and attentive service.

16/01/2025: Il locale è piccolo e quindi è meglio prenotare. Le pizze ottime: pasta ben lievitata, ben farcite e una vasta scelta ho avuto molto di di assaggiare anche primi e dolci ottimi anche quelli. Consigliatissimo

17/11/2024: Nel cuore di lazise ci siamo fermati a pranzo, e visto che era ancora bel tempo abbiamo mangiato fuori. Ristorante prettamente turistico (stranieri che pensano di mangiare italiano) perche ha un menù con pagine e pagine di piatti che gia capisci che non possono essere prodotti freschi o per lo meno di qualità. Abbiamo preso tutti un primo e una pizza che con grande stupore sono arrivati in 5-10 minuti. Immangiabile tutto, pasta precotta e priva di gusto e gli gnocchi al tartufo ancora peggio. Considerando i prezzi dei primi tra i 15 e i 20 euro almeno un minimo di gusto. Consiglio:
Meno piatti ma fatti bene non solo i soliti piatti acchiappa turisti che tanto mangiano tutto

The food was delicious and the price was also perfectly fine.

15/10/2024: Wir haben dieses Restaurant nach dem ersten Abend als unser Lieblingsrestaurant erkoren und waren ab da fünfmal hintereinander zum Abendessen. Das Essen ist ungeheuer gut und schmackhaft, die Speisekarte vielfältig. Mit Sicherheit ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Freundlichkeit des Inhabers unübertroffen, er behandelt jeden Gast so, als wäre er ein VIP. Nach zwei Tagen hat er uns unseren Lieblingstisch unaufgefordert reserviert. Das Restaurant liegt direkt an der Straße, aber der Lärm fällt überhaupt nicht ins Gewicht und stört auch nicht.
Sollten wir jemals wieder in der Nähe sein, werden wir es auf jeden Fall wieder aufsuchen!

28/08/2024: A great lunch break! Elegant and very clean restaurant, delicious dishes accompanied by really good loose white wine. I highly recommend it and if we return to Lazise we will stop by again.

27/12/2024: We were “just” eating there. The service was very friendly and offered to translate the menu into German. However, I only tried Google for 2 words. We each had 1 dish from the “Primi Piatti”. Yes, the portions are not huge. Yes, it's not cheap. Lake Garda has never been a cheap region. We were last on Lake Garda 7 years ago and noticed that prices had risen quite a bit everywhere. The day before we paid €48 for 2 drinks and 2 standard lasagnas in another restaurant. Here it was 46.50 € for 2 delicious Primi Piatti and 2 beers 🤷

21/09/2024: For many, many years, trips to or visits to Lazise were naturally associated with eating out at the Alla Grotta restaurant. We were generally more than satisfied, the food was excellent and the service was very accommodating. Andrea, our favorite waiter, always recommended a wonderful menu with raw or lukewarm fish and seafood beyond the official menu and every evening was a successful evening. It was all the more disappointing to see this year that both the hotel and the restaurant were closed. A look at the terrace and into the hotel suggests that everything has been cleared and abandoned from here on out. There were already signs of something happening the year before last. Andrea had resigned, we heard about a change in ownership and the quality of the food and service was already declining. However, the fact that this would have to happen now is a very, very shame. Maybe it will have a new future, the “Alla Grotta”. It would be desirable.
18/08/2024: Starting from the nauseating smell of urine and mould, room with cobwebs, mosquitoes everywhere, cracked and dirty walls, unspeakable, rusty bathroom, a horror of a hotel.
I wonder how such a place could be opened.
