We went to Al Marciapiè in Lazise twice – and both times it was absolutely delicious! 😍
The first time we went spontaneously, the second time we made a reservation for the paella – and we weren't disappointed either. 🥘🇮🇹
The owner is a dream – warm, attentive, and just so friendly. ❤️ And if we had to single out one of the servers, it would definitely be Ida. She took such good care of us that we felt completely at ease.
On our second visit, we were even greeted by name. That's what makes all the difference for us: Here, the customer truly is king! 👑
We'll definitely be back and are already looking forward to it. 😊

10/08/2026: The restaurant was empty, but apparently there was no room to eat inside. The staff were very unfriendly; we probably didn't appeal to the lady at the door.

11/06/2026: Unfortunately, for an Italian restaurant, their pizza is a disaster. The Diavollo is a disaster. It's not very large, and there's still about 5-6 cm of crust left unfilled, dry, and burnt. The center, however, is practically a soggy dumpling. The dough is a disaster, and the toppings are weak. The second pizza is with tuna and red onion... Three small pieces of tuna, but a lot of onion... The dough is similar, the edges are dry, hard, and difficult to cut, and the center is doughy. Nothing special, really.
06/06/2026: A very quiet and relaxed atmosphere, especially if the hustle and bustle of the city is too much. We ate here twice during our holiday and had excellent meals. Great service and value for money.

The price-performance ratio is borderline. They charge an extra €6 for vegetables with the fish. Otherwise, I would have received the fish completely without any side dish. Oh well... I think €26 for fish plus a side dish would be fairer. Then there wouldn't be any surprises. The fish itself tasted great, by the way.

30/07/2026: The day before, we had opted for the restaurant next door because this one was empty. Later, we read the reviews and (thankfully) decided to come here the next day. The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious; we had lasagna and tortellini with panna and prosciutto. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. So, as other reviews have already mentioned, don't be put off if it seems empty.
28/07/2026: We went there on Saturday evening for a family dinner.
We had three pizzas, each better than the last: delicious dough and top-quality ingredients.
The service and hospitality were exceptional; they even brought a bowl of water for our dog!!!
It's also very close to the historic center of Lazise.
Highly recommended!

Laat je niet tegenhouden door het uitzicht aan de buitenkant maar probeer bvb de pasta met zeevruchten.
Terecht de nr 1 van Lazise!!!

20/07/2025: Ongelooflijk dan krijg je een schamel mandje brood voorgezet die je niet aanraakt moet je toch 2,5 per persoon betalen. Dan krijg je geen fooi!
Verder wel een mooi terras direct aan het meer en de pizza's waren oké
19/07/2025: Das einzig Gute ist der Seeblick!
Weizenbier wurde die Flasche mit Weinglas serviert. Cola aus der Dose.Lasagne aus der Mikrowelle (aussen pampig,innen kalt. Spaghetti, Vorstufe von al dente und geschmacksneutral. Brotkörbchen (das wir weder bestellt noch angerührt hatten),wurde mit 5 Euro berechnet.
Nicht empfehlenswert!

29/07/2025: Nourriture très bonne, nous avions pris une pièce de boeuf angus à se partager avec mon mari, c'était vraiment excellent !
Maiiiiis, je trouve le prix un peu excessif, ils pourraient le justifier par la vue mais il n'y a que deux tables qui ont vue sur le lac donc même pas.
Nous avons mangé là lors d'un bel orage avec grêlons. Comme le restaurant est totalement vitré (parois amovibles) nous avons eu un peu peur pour nous quand les grêlons tapaient sur les parois. Comme c'est amovible, l'eau rentre dans le restaurant (plusieurs femmes ont eu leur sac à main trempé à cause de cela). Comme il pleuvait, ils ont dû fermer les parois. Il y avait un bruit ambiant, on ne s'entendait même plus avec mon mari et ma fille...
Ma fille a reçu son plat bien avant nous, elle avait pratiquement fini lorsque nous avons été servis...
Longue attente pour recevoir l'addition et je n'étais pas encore levée de ma chaise qu'on installait déjà une autre famille à notre table...
Donc en résumé, très bon mais ça ne vaut pas le prix ni la qualité du service.

Servizio impeccabile. Ha una bellissima veranda sul lago, si gode una bella vista, centrale, sul corso.
I primi sono espressi, valgono l' attesa
