11/06/2026: Terrible experience. The pizza dough was rubbery and hard to digest. I asked for capers, but they only gave me capers, which tasted different (at the very least, they should have warned me they didn't have capers; I would have ordered something else). A pizza at this price should be impeccable, but that wasn't the case at all. It's a shame because I've tried it before and it was excellent, but this time I was completely disappointed.
03/06/2026: Simply amazing! To find restaurants like this! Welcoming, with a perfect conditioned recipe, wine and food that's out of this world. The fried food is divine!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

01/06/2026: This experience left me very disappointed and completely changed the positive opinion I had of this restaurant.
My husband and I came for lunch with our two children, ages 4 and 2. We'd been here several times before, and I'd even left a 5-star review with photos because I was so satisfied with the experience.
When ordering, I clearly explained that two adults would be eating and that I would be taking care of the children. I only asked for an extra fork and knife to help them eat. We ordered two Complete Menus. The children didn't order anything and simply ate from our food. We didn't ask for extra bread, extra water, or any other dishes.
When it came to the bill, however, I was told that the two children would also have to be counted and pay for two Reduced Menus. The amount initially requested was about 52 euros. I was very surprised because no one had informed me of this rule when ordering.
The problem for me wasn't money. I would have had no problem paying any cover charge or any fees related to the children's seating. What I couldn't understand was why two children who hadn't ordered anything should be considered two additional menu items. If this rule had been explained to me beforehand, I would have been free to decide whether to order something extra for them.
Throughout the conversation, I tried to understand and calmly ask for clarification. Unfortunately, I felt like my questions were being interpreted as an attempt to take advantage of the restaurant, which was completely unrealistic. I never hid the children's presence and had clearly explained the situation from the beginning.
The most unpleasant part was the way the situation was handled. My Italian isn't perfect, and while I was trying to explain and translate what I wanted to say, I saw the staff commenting on the situation to other people passing by. I don't know exactly what was said, but I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. In that moment, I felt like I was being judged without anyone truly trying to listen to my point of view.
In the end, the bill was corrected, and I only paid for the two Complete Menus plus the service charge, for a total of €32.50. However, I was also told not to return.
The saddest thing is that all of this could have been avoided with clear communication from the beginning. I respect the rules of every restaurant, but I believe every customer deserves clear explanations and respect, especially when they're simply trying to understand a situation. No one should feel humiliated or treated as if they're trying to take advantage of others just for asking a question.

07/04/2026: They should be ashamed... at Easter about 200 people with 2 waiters, after 2.45 minutes we had eaten an appetizer... we left without eating the second course... a table with 20 people with children,,, 2 hours without anything arriving... SHAME..
05/04/2026: A nightmare Easter lunch
Nine people, seated at the table at 12:30, ordered with difficulty, calling the waiter several times at 1:10 PM (two waiters in the dining room and that's it, with over 150 covers).
The appetizers arrived half an hour later (disgustingly): 2 small scallops, 1 scallop, a teaspoon of cod, and 1 octopus for €15, plus an incomplete appetizer (the two scallops were missing).
At 2:45/50 PM, after an hour of waiting and more than a few seconds, we got up without waiting for our dishes, paying only for what we ate. The owner at the cash register didn't even apologize.
The other table next door, with 22 people, including small children, fared even worse... they ordered 1 hour after sitting down and at 2:45/50 pm they still had to eat the appetizers/first courses. A nightmare Easter "lunch".

Ristorante Pizzeria Manà

05/05/2026: I was pleasantly surprised by this place, so attentive to detail. Each dish was delicious, a splendid asparagus risotto accompanied by a unique entrée, and to finish, a very fresh mandarin sorbet. The courtesy of the owner, Christian, and his staff pleasantly surprised me.

Super friendly waitress, very good food, both pizza and fish. We only recommend the carbonara, which arrived cold and with burnt bacon.
Excellent service, with roast potatoes and ricotta as an appetizer, and biscuits with mascarpone cream at the end of the meal.
If I ever come back to San Donà di Piave, I'll definitely be back!
