07/01/2026: I waited several times before reviewing, and what can I say? Top marks... the place is well-kept, prompt with your reservations (no waiting).
The most important thing is, the food is WELL! Fresh ingredients, precise seasonings, top-notch cooking.
Usually, when the first and second points are positive, you're afraid of walking up to the cashier and leaving a kidney there, absolutely not here. You'll be treated excellently, even with the final payment.
EXCEPTIONAL staff, waitresses always attentive and helpful, and above all, beautiful smiles, which is no small thing.
What can I say? It's become my favorite when it comes to seafood restaurants! 🐟

24/01/2026: Delicious pizza, light and tasty. Excellent wine. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The special coffee cream is a must-try. 5 stars because I can't give more... otherwise I would have given 10.
05/01/2026: We went to this pizzeria and were really impressed. We had three different pizzas: very good and truly gigantic! 🍕
A plus for those like me who don't like a high, overly soft crust: here the pizza is thin and crispy just right, leaving room for a generous topping. My 12-year-old son declared it, "The best pizza I've ever eaten." He was amazed by the amount of ingredients, especially on his Viennese: usually you find 10 pieces of sausage counted, but this one was covered in them! For a child (but not just for him!), that's never too much. 😂
We finished off with dessert, which was a real surprise: delicious, the icing on the cake of a perfect dinner. 🍰
Why we loved it so much:
Ambience: Very beautiful, well-kept, and clean place. The background music was at the perfect volume so we couldn't be silent but could chat peacefully.
Service: Very friendly, attentive, and helpful staff.
Price: About €25 per person (pizza, soft drink, dessert, and coffee), a very good value for money.
Convenience: Even though we walked, there's free parking just 20 meters away: an incredible convenience for those visiting from out of town.
We'll definitely be back.

17/01/2026: We went to this restaurant for dinner on Saturday evening, making a reservation without checking the menu because we'd been there a year and a half ago for dinner and were very impressed with the quality and deliciousness of the fish. We found ourselves in a completely different place than we expected, especially regarding the food. However, we decided to trust the new management and ordered two first courses: spaghetti with clams and spaghetti with squid ink. Unfortunately, both dishes were terrible, both in terms of flavor, the choice of ingredients, and the way they were prepared. These simple, traditional dishes were completely flawed, so much so that we were reluctantly unable to finish them.
The pasta in both dishes was undercooked, the clam sauce tasted only of garlic and lemon, and the fish had no flavor whatsoever, while the squid in the other pasta dish was not only tasteless but also rubbery. We're very sorry to have to leave such a negative review, but we must say that we greatly appreciated the helpfulness and kindness of the waiter who served us.

19/12/2025: This hotel is very comfortable, the staff are very helpful, and the food is excellent. It's located in a quiet rural setting, perfect for jogging. It's 20 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Venice.

05/01/2026: I celebrated my 25th birthday here. My friends and I were very happy and satisfied, and they loved the pizza 🍕 and the desserts 🍰🍮 and would love to come back.
Loredana is a wonderful person, a treasure 😘 and the staff is kind and friendly.

19/12/2025: Margherita Restaurant, located in the splendid Villa Franceschi, is more than just a place to eat; it's a true experience. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere enveloped us with a unique elegance, all complemented by lighting and furnishings that created a perfect ambiance.
The dishes we tried, all seafood-based, were simply exceptional from the moment they were presented.
Fantastic food in a historic Venetian villa setting that's always worth experiencing.
In short, Villa Franceschi is a gem. From appetizers to dessert, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. If you're looking for a top-notch meal for a special occasion or simply to pamper yourself, this is the place. We'll definitely be back! 5 well-deserved stars.

19/07/2025: Una vera delusione per chi ama il crudo come me e sicuramente abituato a portate di ottimo livello . Presentare un piattino con 2 gamberi e 1 scampo con 3 carpaccini di ricciola spada e ombrina al prezzo di 28€ è un vero e proprio furto . Pagare un conto di 75 € a testa per un piatto di spaghetti al nero di seppia e uno spaghetto ai lupini di laguna è assolutamente una presa in giro . Ah dimenticavo per finire 2 palline di sorbetto e una porzione di tiramisù. 150€ spesi veramente male . Sconsiglio vivamente.

07/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante un sabato sera con un buon numero di amici, ma l’esperienza è stata tutt’altro che positiva. Appena arrivati, non ci è stato fornito alcun listino prezzi, lasciandoci completamente all’oscuro su cosa potessimo ordinare e sui costi. Il titolare ha deciso in gran parte lui, considerando solo in parte le nostre richieste: avevamo chiesto molto cotto o poco crudo, ma è arrivato metà crudo e metà cotto. Abbiamo potuto scegliere poco perché c’era gran poca scelta nelle sue proposte e cercava di imporre le sue decisioni.
Gli antipasti erano semplici e poco saporiti, niente di speciale. Le cappelonghe erano pessime, tanto che nessuno le ha mangiate. L’unico primo che ci ha proposto era uno spaghettino, che nessuno ha preso, e lo stesso è successo con il secondo, una grigliata di pesce. Anche in questo caso avevamo chiesto determinate cose, ma il titolare ha fatto di testa sua. La grigliata era deludente: il branzino insapore e pieno di grasso, mentre la sogliola non aveva gusto.
Il conto è stato un altro shock: 110 euro a testa, senza aver ricevuto alcuno scontrino (e, a detta loro, già “scontato”). Per aver mangiato solo antipasti e una grigliata scadente, ci è sembrato un vero e proprio furto.
Penso che il titolare sia molto molto furbo, aveva già deciso il prezzo quando siamo arrivati… la professionalità non sa minimamente cosa sia…
Esperienza da dimenticare. Non torneremo mai più.

27/02/2025: Arrivati a ora di pranzo senza prenotare nonostante fossimo un gruppo numeroso e gli altri numerosi clienti, siamo stati accolti e serviti molto bene.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Risotto, frittura, verdure grigliate, vino buoni.
Ritorneremo.
