25/01/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Villa Goetzen. A charming place, restored with great attention to its history and masterfully furnished.
The dishes are surprising in their combinations, a quest for innovation, and respect for tradition.
Compliments to the chefs for their skill in juggling successful ventures with excellent ingredients. Bravo to Pietro, who has found the kitchen the ideal place to express his creativity.
Highly recommended!

31/01/2026: Delicate homely food with a twist. Some dishes are definitely better than others, but all are decent overall.
Fish and dessert were fresh and tasty.
14/12/2025: A very welcoming and charming place. The girls working there are kind and attentive to their customers. The chef made sure at the end of the dinner that everything was fine. As far as we're concerned, the food was excellent. We'll gladly return.

25/03/2026: Stop at Squero di Dolo, and after visiting Leonardo's Mill, head to Al Cristo for the best pizza in Venice and the freshest fish you can't miss. Always in our hearts!

26/03/2026: Found by chance and welcomed warmly. Maître d' Iacopo is very courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent food and lovely people.
15/03/2026: Bought 2 fried foods to take away by consulting the menu available on their website, terrible quality (fish not suitable for frying both in size and rather dubious quality) too large moles, scorpion fish, prawns at the limit of decency, completely tasteless squid, everything well soaked in oil... the only almost acceptable thing was the courgettes which were also too abundant and salty... probably the worst fried food I have ever tasted... online price 12 paid 15 per portion.... Absurd!!

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Il cibo è ottimo, si sente la qualità e la cura in ogni piatto. Anche se il menù è incentrato sul pesce, hanno subito trovato una soluzione per il mio compagno che non lo mangia, e non una cosa arrangiata, ma un’alternativa valida e gustosa.
L’ambiente è accogliente, caldo, ci si sta proprio bene.
Abbiamo chiuso con due dolci fatti in casa: buonissimi entrambi, semplici ma davvero ben fatti. Una bella scoperta, ci torneremo di sicuro.
