31/07/2024: We went with 3 people, we were shocked, three appetizers 3 cm by three, I don't know, it looked like salmon, 90 euros, four scallops each, 3 of which were non-existent, burnt, 4 dried oysters inside, 4 millimeters by four millimeters large, dried, 1 serving of raw fish per person a risotto each a bottle of decent Proscco 38 euros a bottle of still wine I don't know what it was I repeat without coffee and dessert for 3 people 405 euros a theft a disgrace I will never go there again and my publicity will be very big I'm sorry no words.........
30/07/2024: restaurant that wants to appear exclusive but isn't at all!!! stew of very overcooked molluscs and crustaceans, only the shells remained to lick, the scallops and scallops obliterated by too much oil, service worthy of a popular restaurant, the only things that worked were the oil, bread and wine. We have been coming for over twenty years and today was the last, since the restaurant moved from the center of Salvatronda it is no longer valid.

24/11/2024: Wonderful as always! If you come for a tour of Castelfranco, I absolutely recommend going to the galleon to eat a pizza or some of the dishes on the restaurant menu. The raw materials are fresh and optimally combined, the portions are right and the price is more than honest. The staff and owners are very kind and super helpful!! The final gem are the desserts, especially the panna cotta with their berry sauce. Very good indeed!

27/07/2024: Dinner in an exclusive environment, service not up to the standard of the place, personally I don't accept the fact that there is no menu with prices and I cannot choose independently what I want to consume, this negative note is in contrast to the stupendous place and to the really good dishes that are presented. The staff is very kind, courteous and helpful, with some adjustments in my opinion it could become the best restaurant in Castelfranco Veneto.
24/07/2024: We had dinner outside and there were a lot of mosquitoes
We took the cooked starter: quite good, while the first course was spaghetti with scampi alla busara, a disaster: salty, there were only the shells of the scampi, no pulp
We waited a long time for the frying and it was soaked in oil and here too only the head of the scampi

21/08/2024: Young and well-trained staff, friendly and very helpful, the breakfasts and dinners are tops
18/08/2024: Good value for money.
Clean, room a little dated but there is everything you need.
We stayed two days and made use of the swimming pool and also had dinner.
You can also enter the pool without staying overnight and there is a bar and they serve cold dishes.
Excellent dinner!
The friendly staff except the breakfast waiter who whistles, when there was a bit of crowding he was unable to follow everyone and in fact complained that we had all gone out together to "play a trick on him" (a joke that foreigners don't they understand but the Italians do). One customer had to make his own scrambled eggs after he burned them in the first place. He didn't apologize.
A 4 star should also be seen by the staff because unfortunately today it is a quality that does not go unnoticed

3日続けて行きました。
お会計の時に決まって16歳のゲコの息子に太っちょのオーナーさんがリモネチェッロを飲みな、と差し出してから毎晩真っ赤な顔でホテルに戻った楽しい思い出はいつまでもカステルフランコの良き思い出となりました
コロナ禍にはお店がどうなっているのか心配しましたがホームページが健在で本当に良かったです
とても素敵な環境とお料理

07/04/2024: ambiente piacevole , cibo gustoso , buona presentazione ....se non che di dubbia esecuzione il conto, alla richiesta della fattura.
Prezzi non chiari , le varianti dei risotti dovrebbero essere segnalate , se cambia il prezzo, coperto esposto a 4,55 euro a testa, prezzi dei piatti non corrispondenti a quanto riportato nella carta.
un prezzo diverso , potrebbe accadere, ma 5 su 5 direi di no.
Forse troppo abituati ai turisti di passaggio, anche stranieri.

16/12/2024: Siamo ritornati dopo diverso tempo e siamo rimasti veramente delusi. Abbiamo mangiato due pizze al radicchio, con pochissima mozzarella (praticamente solo al centro) pomodoro praticamente invisibile con un bordo di circa 2 cm di sola pasta. Casualmente abbiamo purtroppo notato che al tavolo vicino le pizze di cui una uguale alla nostra molto più ricche, forse non siamo clienti habitué!Abbiamo preso due caffè’ ( euro 5,00) …. Per il passato il caffè veniva servito accompagnato da un assaggio di pasticcini. Che altro dire…..
02/12/2024: Non sono di Castelfranco ma è già la seconda volta che vengo in questo ristorante e posso confermare la mia valutazione positiva anche se limitata alla pizza.
Il locale è arredato in modo moderno e piacevole, il personale è attento al cliente e disponibile, anche con gruppi numerosi come il nostro e con richieste di variazioni fuori menu.
L'offerta è variegata con un notevole numero di pizze e diversi dolci, il tutto di ottima qualità.
Prezzi nella media .
Forse i tavoli sono troppo vicini creando un ambiente piuttosto rumoroso.
