25/07/2025: A truly enchanting place, with a large terrace overlooking an expanse of fields. The breeze that wafts through during dinner is pleasant and refreshing, and the complete absence of mosquitoes—considering the area—is a detail that truly makes all the difference. The culinary experience begins with a greeting from the house: an excellent prosecco accompanied by crispy and flavorful fried sardines. It continues with the Adriatic boiled meats, spectacular and a must-try. The sardines in saor bring you back to the authentic flavors of tradition, like those cooked by our grandparents, originally from Chioggia. The spicy clams are a true delight: the perfect seasoning and the clams' size are surprising in both quality and flavor. The tastasal rice is perfectly balanced, a dish that recounts the history and ancient salting techniques of Venetian cured meats. The grilled fish was cooked to perfection. To conclude, the Itacos dessert is a delightful surprise, with mascarpone cream and orange and ginger jam creating a surprising balance between sweetness and freshness. The tiramisu, reinterpreted in their own way, is also delicious. All this is accompanied by extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful staff, who contribute to making the experience even more enjoyable. A place where food, views, and hospitality come together, offering an unforgettable experience.

14/07/2025: We visited La Palafitta Restaurant and had a thoroughly positive experience! The unique location within sea bass, sturgeon, and eel farms is already an experience not to be missed. The menu is vast and varied, and after letting us choose at our leisure, we ordered a series of delicious dishes. The appetizers were fantastic, from crostini with creamed cod, soft-shell crabs, and blue crab, to prawns with Colonnata lard and grilled scallops with bacon. The first courses were equally delicious, with the spaghetti with fresh anchovies and bottarga and the spaghetti with clams standing out for the freshness of the ingredients. The chef's imperial grill and the large fried fish were the perfect main courses, and the desserts, tiramisu and pistachio cheesecake, rounded off the dinner sublimely. The service was attentive and unobtrusive, and it was clear that the dishes were prepared fresh, with nothing pre-made or pre-cooked. Kudos to the entire staff for Great job! Kudos to the very kind owner, who offered us sweets and liqueurs. I will definitely return to La Palafitta Restaurant!
12/07/2025: We were welcomed into a classic and pleasant setting by staff who proved to be helpful and competent. The dishes we consumed proved to be of excellent quality: the raw ingredients and the cooking exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend the calamari slices and the grilled shellfish, both delectable. The mixed fried fish was heavenly: not at all greasy, with no added salt (which we greatly appreciated). Special mention goes to the fried sole, which we tried and approved with flying colors. Even the rustic French fries, with their skins on and without added salt, were a touch of indulgence worthy of praise. This wasn't a dinner for two: it was an experience we'd recommend to everyone. Please note: the grilled scallops and the shellfish had an almost sweet aftertaste, a sign of quality and that the chef knows how to handle the ingredients. We'll definitely be back to try the grilled octopus and probably the imperial grill, which we're very curious about, as well as the raw fish appetizer, a very delicate dish and not for everyone. Given the quality of the product, we expect it to be excellent. Kudos to the owner and her staff for their dedication and passion. Martino and Erica.
