01/05/2025: We took the "romantic escape in Tuscany" package which included, among other things, treatments to choose from and prosecco and fruit basket in the room.
Really beautiful location,
Accurate and discreet service
Pleasant breakfast buffet, the possibility of having breakfast on the terrace is appreciated.
Tasty and refined dinner menu, to be picky the menu is a bit short and repetitive but really good.
Well-executed massages and beauty treatments
28/04/2025: Very inviting location, average wellness center and spa, excellent treatment operators, excellent cuisine and delicious dishes, friendly and helpful staff, the rooms could do with some maintenance (especially the wardrobes). Overall I am satisfied.

29/04/2024: Personale non adatto per questo tipo di lavoro...ebrei sembra di essere in un cimitero...zero zorrisi ...zero considerazione..sembra quasi che gli dai noia ad entrare li dentro....
