02/10/2023: Il lido è ben tenuto, ma 40 euro per un ombrellone e 2 lettini neanche particolarmente comodi mi sembra un tantino eccessivo. Al ristorante si mangia bene, le porzioni sono abbondanti e i prezzi sono tutto sommato accettabili considerata la splendida vista.

31/08/2023: INCROYABLE ! Nous sommes deux français qui aimons mangez ce fut un repas dignes de ce nom je recommande sans hésitez, tout est excellent. Les serveurs sont serviable et aimables et gentil ! Juste rien a dire allez y !

04/10/2023: Piacevolissima sosta per il pranzo prima di raggiungere Taormina. Il servizio è stato cortese, veloce e attento. Saporiti i piatti, con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Panorama spettacolare, la sala si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia. Lo consiglio!

03/09/2023: Dopo essere stati al mare decidiamo di pranzare in questo locale aspettando che arrivi qualcuno dopo mezz’ora viene una signora che apparecchia il tavolo cn il nostro aiuto ordiniamo il primo linguine precotti frittura mista surgelata insalata preparata un giorno prima

01/09/2023: We were so looking forward to experiencing this restaurant at the Timeo, but we were disappointed. Of course, the setting is beautiful and the waitstaff was attentive. But, the food? Meh. I don't understand how they merited a Michelin star. They asked what kind of food we liked for the "special" tasting menu. We said beef and seafood. So, every course was either seafood or vegetarian (no meat). Each dish was served at room temperature and none of it was special. In particular, we did not care for the eggplant, which appeared to be pureed. Here's what we liked: the bread and the wine (the sommelier was great). And, the dessert was fine. We were told that they were making a price reduction on my meal because I did not eat it. But, that never happened. We were happy when the 3-hour ordeal was over. We've stayed at the Timeo twice before. We've never had an experience quite like this one. My $25 meal at Malvasia the next night was better than this tasting menu.

17/08/2023: Spectacular balcony table overlooking Taormina & Ionian Sea and boats, magnificent 7 course degustation dinner; special wedding anniversary occasion. Best Michelin star restaurant globally we have had the incredible pleasure & experience attending. Thank you to all the team for an incredible night. Very special K&J
