The choice of the place was random, we were attracted by the particularity of the place that intrigued us.
Very good and high quality food, kind and attentive staff who made us feel at home; very beautiful and well-kept place.
Interesting solutions also for celiacs.
Bill in line with the quality of the products.
They also gave us some cantucci of their production and we said goodbye with a smile and an invitation from them to come back and visit them.
Thanks for the culinary experience

21/07/2025: Il Fagiano remains one of the few beautiful, classy places, with consistently refined yet unfussy cuisine.
Ideal whether you want to enjoy an excellent lunch/dinner or plan a reception, its legendary dishes haven't changed much over time; they've evolved and improved, but they're still a guarantee of excellence!
My only regret is the retirement of their legendary pastry chef! (Not that the desserts aren't delicious anymore, but...the legendary Angelo....)
I recommend everyone to experience Il Fagiano; you'll tell me more later.
21/06/2025: Il Fagiano was our caterer at the wedding at Masseria Don Luigi on June 9th, I couldn't ask for anything better, from the service to the food and the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. All the guests were satisfied and complimented on my choice. A special thanks to the restaurant for the excellent success of the wedding, also thanks to them. A guarantee!

28/07/2025: Good beach club. Warm showers and clean changing rooms and toilets. Lifeguard on duty and plenty of staff. Sun bed + umbrella + lunch and drinks for family of 4 was 300+ euros.

07/08/2025: It's been a while since I've written a review, because unfortunately, in the review metaverse, all the places seem fantastic, so you can imagine how motivated I must have been to write this review. Finally! A restaurant where you can eat traditional cuisine done well, in just the right amount and without unnecessary frills that only serve to satisfy the overblown egos of so many if you become a chef. And at prices that are almost touchingly honest. Superlative mussels au gratin, delicious crostini with anchovies, burrata, and zucchini, traditional rice, potatoes, and mussels. Definitely worth returning to. Impeccable service... after all, it's clear you're dealing with established professionals, not apprentices. Thank you for existing. Keep up the good work and resist fads. The world needs restaurateurs like you.

25/06/2025: Old-school place. That doesn't mean neglected. On the contrary! Very clean and tidy. Wide-ranging. Spaced tables. Typical Umbrian cuisine. I ordered a slice of veal, rare, with rocket and parmesan, mixed salad and roast potatoes. Really generous portions, abundant that satisfied my appetite. Discreet and fast service. Very honest bill. You can see that you put passion into what you do. Well done!
01/06/2025: Bad experience. We booked a table for 4 adults and 2 children and when we arrived at the place we were told that they do not check emails and therefore reservations made but only answer the phone. They sent us away without making us sit down and also with an arrogant attitude. With 2 small children who had to eat. Terrible.

25/07/2025: An excellent restaurant where you can enjoy seafood specialties made with high-quality ingredients, and above all, the staff are courteous and professional. The atmosphere is very clean and beautiful, especially for the sea view. You can even watch the fish being cleaned, and above all, you can experience the freshness of the seafood firsthand. All the dishes we ordered were excellent, and the prices are very fair, especially for the quality of the ingredients used. What more can I say? 07/07/2025: A beautiful place to have dinner right by the ocean 💗 celebrated our birthday there. Food was great and there was a really great dessert menu as well with lactose free options! Would definitely recommend and go back.

10/06/2025: Locale perfetto per gli amanti del crudo di qualità; per gli altri poca scelta. Le indicazioni della gestione sono chiare: solo crudo e qualcosa di scottato, quindi si sa cosa aspettarsi....
Ottime ostriche e crostacei come del resto i vari carpacci.
Molto buono il salmone scottato ed il salmone affumicato da gustare con "foglie" di pane abbrustolito e burro..
Prezzi alti ma rapportati al prodotto.
05/06/2025: We hebben heerlijk geluncht op een prachtige plek! Het eten was top. Fine Dining voor een vriendelijke prijs. De service was goed, het eten heerlijk en de lokatie prachtig. Ze gebruiken kruiden uit eigen tuin.

02/08/2025: We had dinner last night. The service was prompt and friendly. Everything we ate was excellent and tasty, prepared with true expertise. Compliments.
29/07/2025: Food - don’t bother with the tagliolino. The prawns are from frozen and it’s not actually guincale - more a bacon lardon that was under cooked. This dish was extremely underwhelming.
Got the assassina as well - this was probably the highlight of the experience - very good dish - would highlight more in the menu.
Got a steamed sea bass - because it took two hours to get three dishes it was hard to rate as we were full by the time the sea bass came - overall seemed well cooked.
Service - good service from the time we arrive to get a reservation, but that was about it after that we were there for two hours because it took our food forever to get, but we only saw our server about twice. There were more people working at restaurant than seated eating so we thought service should be excellent. The owner and the staff were eating inside as we waited for our food….if that isn’t telling enough I don’t know what is.
Atmosphere- hard to tell with only 6 people in the restaurant

19/07/2025: Ci siamo tornati dopo parecchio tempo. Abbiamo notato molta attenzione alla qualità ed alla presentazione dei piatti. Sinceramente non mi spiego cosa abbiano trovato di scadente coloro che hanno fatto recensioni negative. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. Sia come qualità dei piatti che come servizio. Antipasti curatissimi, 8 portate. Primi gustosi ed abbondanti. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
16/07/2025: Ristorante storico con cucina tradizionale, rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato, affacciato direttamente sul mare, da ritornarci magari in periodi più tranquilli

Nota particolare per il crudo eccezionale e delle triglie cotte perfettamente alla brace freschissime. Servizio e cortesia impeccabile. Prezzo corretto in riferimento al cibo ordinato. 28/07/2025: Siamo stati a cena con un gruppo di amici per un compleanno e abbiamo mangiato benissimo!! Crudi ottimi e pesce freschissimo, primi molto buoni e grigliata di pesce anche ottima. Ci hanno anche offerto dei dolci per festeggiare la nostra amica :) servizio rapido e personale gentilissimo, prezzi onesti. Torneremo sicuramente!
07/04/2025: Accueil très agréable. Nous avions commandé du vin et on nous a très gentiment offert des bombettes pour patienter en attendant nos pizzas. Pizzas excellentes à un prix très raisonnable.

28/06/2025: Does it ever happen to you to go to a restaurant on the first night of your vacation, fall in love with the dishes and the location and go back every day for a whole week?
For us it was like this….
We discovered Marea, after a careful selection of the best locations where you can taste typical Apulian dishes.
The first night we entered and found ourselves in a very elegant, refined and cared for place in every detail.
You enter breathing in a scent coming from fresh flowers, candles and divided into two areas, one outside in the garden, the other inside with air conditioning.
We tried various dishes on the menu, from fresh raw fish of excellent quality and coming from local areas, to first courses, for any taste and delicious, to some typical dishes, a real treat! Even the desserts and sorbets of our own production. Excellent wine cellar.
The management is done directly by the owners, each specialized in their role, done with Love and Niche.
Thank you for letting us taste your wonderful dishes and for letting us breathe the scent of home, Yours.
Impeccable and that we already remember with nostalgia.!
