13/05/2025: I'll report the facts: we call to book and ask if we can have gluten-free pasta. After my guests order, I tell them that I have to eat gluten-free and that I have an allergy to milk proteins... I am told that I can only eat raw meats and octopus, no first courses because they only have one kettle. My guests had their dishes excellent and also plentiful, I had small portions and the octopus was a tentacle with a little bit of chicory (no gluten-free bread) I left hungry, still paying the same amount as the others.

04/05/2025: And even today I was struck by the unique flavors.... I eat tartare everywhere but here it is truly spectacular, and the rest is divine! Can't wait to come back ☺️

25/05/2025: Bel locale il padrone persona simpaticissima ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Ci ha consigliato un antipasto fatto di piccoli assaggi. Tutti buonissimi. Dopo abbiamo preso una frittura di paranza e totani un fritto così buono che erano anni che non lo mangiavo al ristorante. Non sapeva di olio rifritto cento volte. Prezzi buoni . Lo consiglio

04/05/2025: For a Saturday evening full of good taste and quality cuisine I recommend the "Ristorante il borgo", located near the historic center of Termoli. The menu features various fish dishes, which were certainly very fresh. The appetizers are varied and rich, the fresh pasta with seafood is delicious and the mixed fried fish is tasty. Gentian or ratafià, kindly offered by the manager, to end the dinner in style.

08/06/2025: Premetto che sono dispiaciuto anche io nel dare un giudizio negativo, ma spero che le argomentazioni servano da stimolo e non vengano valutate come quelle di un "cliente difficle". Non lo sono affatto. Prenoto in mattinata per me e la mia anziana madre. Già dal fatto che al momento della prenotazione non mi chiedono il numero di telefono ma solo il nome, deduco che il locale sarà quasi vuoto. Penso ad un caso dovuto alla prima domenica di estate vera e vado lo stesso. La location è potenzialmente molto carina: nel centro storico della città e in una piazzetta antica. Locale praticamente vuoto: solo due tavoli occupati oltre al nostro. Ordiniamo due antipasti misti e due grigliate miste. I prezzi dal menu' sembrano allineati con la media se il prodotto che verrà serviti sara' qualitativamente buono. Invece inizia la serie delle piccole tragedie. Prima di cominciare, si avvicina al tavolo un signore simpatico e sorridente (forse lo chef o il proprietario) a salutare cordialmente. Apprezzo ma molto meno, apprezzo il grembiule lurido che indossa. Non depone bene... ma penso ad un caso (sono ottimista e tollerante). Il menu' ha poche portate e questo lo valuto in maniera positiva. Meglio concentrarsi su giusto...penso. L'antipasto al modico prezzo di 20 euro è composto da: una specie di crostino duro al punto da essere immangiabile, con sopra una (1) alice marinata e due microscaglie di qualcosa dal sapore affumicato; un paio di cucchiai di insalata di mare di quelle da discount in busta (praticamente prive di sapore); tre frittelle di alghe (credo) microscopiche e simili a quelle preconfezionate che si trovano al supermercato, una fetta di melanzana rotonda con sopra un pezzo di mozzarella, cipolla e sedano come guarnizione (la domanda che mi faccio è: cui prodest) e un qualcosa servito sulla solita conchiglia anni 80, coperta di pane gratinato. Delusione totale. Avevo già capito dove si andava a parare. Arrivano le due grigliate miste: casca anche la mia tenace tottelarnza. Praticamente tre gamberoni surgelati; due pezzi di calamari gommosi e duri (mia madre ha dovuto rinunciare), un trancio di pescespada mangiabile ma a malapena sufficiente. Spero nei dolci, ma l'offerta è stringata e indicatrice di prodotti industriali. Rinunciamo. Chiedo un amaro: uno di quelli che si beve ghiacciato anche in inverno.Mi viene servito a temperatura ambiente e mi viene chiesto se voglio del ghiaccio. A quella domanda mi arrendo. Pago il conto che sarebbe giusto per prodotti di qualità, ma giudico sproporzionato per una serie continua di prodotti nom di livello. Salvo la location e la cortesia del personale. Avrei voluto esprimermi in maniera positiva ma spero che il dettaglio della descrizione, serva per migliorare. Basta veramente poco per salire di livello. Peccato...

31/03/2025: Pleasant environment and very friendly and helpful staff. The starters were very good. In the first courses the sauces are good but not much fish. The fried and roasted fish are good. I recommend it.

16/06/2025: We had lunch. A dish with 1 small sole, 1 small red mullet, 1 small cod, 1 shrimp, and 1 langoustine with 1 beer and a coffee, all together x 2 = €65. It's expensive, but fortunately it was very fresh. I found the price high.

10/06/2025: Restaurant overlooking the beach. Classic location. I ate a mixed salad with really fresh vegetables and a very good second course of fish. Nice welcome and excellent service. I appreciated that all the waiters were always attentive and present in the room, something that is no longer used in many restaurants where, to attract the waiter's attention you have to get up or call the restaurant on the phone. A special thanks to the waiter who served me (the youngest of the three) who after a Sunday of work, in the evening still had an impeccable smile and attention. Warm greetings from Perugia 😊

02/06/2025: Trattoria espressione dell'ospitalità termolese. Pietanze ben preparate, gustose e curate nella presentazione. Tubetto alla Zbass una eccellenza della tradizione termolese preparato con maestria e gusto. Ottimi e sfiziosi gli antipasti. Attento e curato il servizio. Consigliato.

01/06/2025: Siamo stati a Termoli per passare una domenica tranquilla... Ci siamo fermati e per fortuna abbiamo trovato un tavolo disponibile... Abbiamo avuto un trattamento incredibile.. personale e proprietario simpatici a modo e competenti. Cibo buonissimo , ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.. consigliatissimo
