25/06/2025: Characteristic atmosphere and friendly staff. Delicious dishes, I recommend among others the fried rice balls with salmon and red onions in batter and the shrimp toast, really delicious. Generous portions, really more than honest prices. We will definitely return to try the desserts that look delicious (after 2 appetizers, 2 first courses and 2 second courses all based on duck and seafood for less than €55 we were too full hahaha).

30/06/2025: We came to this place for dinner on a Saturday night... nice place. We didn't take pizza but we opted for fish taking something from the new dishes of the day off the menu and something from the main menu. Everything was excellent, the fish is fresh and cooked to perfection. Even the grilled fish was not dry but very soft. I also really liked the salmon with gin. The staff was very kind and helpful, they even offered us some glasses of limoncello at the end of the dinner. Recommended! Update: we came back to try the cutlet! Very large, in fact we didn't take appetizers... just a side of baked potatoes... everything was excellent. The cutlet was soft, a good tasty breading and accompanied by cherry tomatoes and rocket. Recommended!!

19/06/2025: Relaxing environment, where the staff is not the typical "stiff" waiter/waitress, professional but at the same time warm. TOP food, so far we have eaten fried food and tried the pizza, nice and low and crunchy♥️. Another HUGE thing: a good artisanal IPA on tap! We discovered it by chance, and it will become a point of reference. We will also bring friends. The young owner with her cordiality and kindness is another ADDED VALUE. Congratulations! Keep it up and don't change.

22/06/2025: Considering the price, expectations are very high. I have been there several times but the last ones were not so exciting for the palate. Fast service, but too hasty, probably to free the table as soon as possible for the next customer. I had been given a small discount on the bill (symbolic that did not change my life) but then when I paid by card it was not applied (really not very elegant) I would have preferred not to mention it.

15/05/2025: Fantastic restaurant in Vimercate. This is an extraordinary restaurant at the main square in Vimercate. There are just a few tables therefore an reservation is highly recommended. There is a small menu to choose from however all dishes are excellent and tasty. The menu starts with an ‘amuse gueule’, a starter, a secondi, a main and a dessert. Both the food and its presentation is perfect and worth every Euro. There is a decent wine list and the service is highly personal, friendly and attentive. This is not a restaurant for every day however for special purposes in a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Go there and enjoy!

01/05/2025: Capitato per caso in questo locale con mia figlia di 3 anni.. location molto bella. Non c’è nessuno e ci fanno scegliere.. un tavolo grande per 4 persone.. trattamento ottimo! Ordinato un risotto allo zafferano per la bambina, arriva dopo 18 minuti.. tempistiche perfette. Come entre’ ci offrono arancini di riso molto buoni un cono originale e del pane caldo. Ottimo anche per la bambina. Pur non essendo un fan del risotto classico questo devo dire che è cucinato alla perfezione, chicco corposo ma giusto. Uno dei migliori. Da un posto elencante ti aspetti tipicamente una porzione troppo small ma sorprendentemente era corretta! Ci hanno portato fofaccine e pane e grissini.. niente male per me e la piccola. Prezzo caro ma allineato all offerta. Visto i pochi coperti (meriterebbe ben altra affluenza) il prezzo è tanto più corretto. Cosa dire.. premio perché se lo meritano ! Pur essendo amante del pesce e di un altro taglio di locali non posso non riconoscere come ogni dettaglio di questo ristornate sia eccellente.. dalla delicatezza nell’offrire il cuscino alla bambina alla bella fattura di questo fino alla bruciacchiatura gradevole della parmigiana che ha regalato un tocco magistrale di texture al boccone. 5 stelle.

17/06/2025: Wonderful day of my wedding on 05/24/2025. Wonderful location immersed in the park of Monza, enchanting garden. The kindness and professionalism of the staff is surprising, I have rarely found such excellent service. Exquisite and high quality food. A special thanks to Sara but I cannot help but thank all the staff who made our event WONDERFUL.

08/06/2025: The Sunday Brunch was very good and plentiful! Compliments to the pastry shop, everything was excellent, the sfogliatella was the highlight!!

12/07/2025: Sono stata in questo ristorante per il matrimonio di mio fratello e non posso che ritenermi soddisfatta! Buono il buffet di antipasto, specialmente la parte della griglia con ottimi spiedini di pesce e arrosticini. Molto delicato il risotto. Pezzo forte a mio avviso la carne: tenerissima e saporita! Porzioni giuste. All’inizio il buffet mi era sembrato un po’ limitato, avevo paura non ce ne fosse per tutti, invece era tutto stato studiato nel dettaglio, per soddisfare tutti senza sprechi eccessivi. Personale gentile e, soprattutto la persona che ha seguito gli sposi, molto disponibile e affabile. Avevamo mangiato un paio di volte prima del matrimonio ma mi è sembrato che per la cerimonia fosse ancora meglio, il che non capita quasi mai…

11/07/2025: Il giorno del nostro matrimonio (10 Luglio 2025) è stato indimenticabile, e molto lo dobbiamo a due persone straordinarie: Stefano e Duilio, i proprietari del ristorante. Fin dal primo incontro ci hanno messo completamente a nostro agio. Abbiamo affidato a loro l’organizzazione del nostro grande giorno a occhi chiusi… e ci hanno ripagato con una magia che difficilmente dimenticheremo. Stefano, in cucina, è un vero artista: ogni piatto era un capolavoro, curato e ricco di sapori che hanno conquistato tutti gli ospiti. Duilio, con la sua maestria nell’organizzazione e nella gestione dello staff, ha reso ogni momento fluido e perfetto, permettendoci di vivere la giornata con serenità e gioia. Il ristorante ha superato ogni aspettativa: atmosfera incantevole, servizio impeccabile, e quel tocco umano che fa la differenza. Consigliamo Il Faro con tutto il cuore a chi sogna un matrimonio autentico, elegante e senza stress. Grazie Stefano e Duilio per aver reso tutto così speciale. 💖

10/07/2025: Everything was excellent, the staff were super friendly and courteous, and they immediately made you feel at home. The atmosphere was meticulously maintained, down to the smallest details. I really enjoyed the welcome meatballs. The main course, ossobuco with risotto, was delicious and very filling. The service was very fast, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. I will definitely be back.

08/07/2025: We went here last night with friends for a birthday, and I have to say they were all pleasantly surprised. I used to come here years ago when I frequented the area, and the super friendly owners are still the same. Excellent welcome and impeccable service. The dishes are divinely delicious, each one better than the last!! We almost all chose different first courses (I've tried them all and they are magnificent!!) The beef tartare was superb!! Afterwards, they offered us a fantastic pre-dessert (a white chocolate and pistachio mousse), then they lent us their cake with candles to take photos of the birthday boy since we hadn't brought anything (of their own free will, a truly beautiful gesture), and then they also brought us some meringues at the end of the meal. The boys ordered the amaros, and I think they offered those too! Excellent value for money! I highly recommend anyone in Monza to stop by here.

17/06/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant and in my son's plate (spaghetti scoglio) he found a stone and not even a small one. When he reported it, the owner, who was not at all professional, said that it can happen, ridiculing the incident and making irony that he would go and beat up the cooks. I think a check by the ASL is appropriate. Avoid like the plague.

02/06/2025: I celebrated my Holy Confirmation yesterday 01/06/2025 And it was an unforgettable day thanks to the advice and preparations made together with Francesco and his staff..... Kind, prepared and delicious people just like the refined environment and the EXCELLENT dishes!!! My mother recommends trying the sea bass stuffed with artichokes on creamed potato and curry soup😍my GRANDMOTHER and my aunt were impressed by the well-prepared and balanced appetizer plate.....my aunt despite being celiac was fully satisfied with the personalized menu and my uncles and my godfather appreciated everything that was proposed to them...... I MADE A REALLY GOOD IMPRESSION THANKS PAGURO!!

06/06/2025: Simple but refined restaurant, with fish dishes refined in flavor but at the same time natural ... a surprise the desserts! The owner is competent and professional and the service is attentive and fast! A truly beautiful experience! recommended 🍀
