29/03/2025: Great restaurant, it was a 10 minute walk from our hotel. The courses were tasty, we took patuchini with spinach and pache with cheese and artichoke.
For dessert we took a tiramisu which was great
19/03/2025: Nice place, good pizza, terrible service from the bald waiter with glasses, he takes the order leaning on the table, I order a pizza with chips and he says that chips are missing, so I order a different pizza. Since I see a plate with chips at the next table, I turn to the pizza chef asking for chips and he answers that they are there.
Not to mention the coffee requested and waited more than 10 minutes, the same rude waiter jokes with me saying "did you order them in Palermo?"
His young colleague brings us the coffees and apologizes, all in all maybe I think it's time to leave space for the young people
I don't know if I'll go back

13/04/2025: Sunday lunch overlooking the lake 💘 Not only the location, but above all the determination and passion of the two chefs, the friendliness of all the staff, the quality of the raw materials, the attention to detail of the property contribute perfectly and harmoniously to giving character to this restaurant. Not the usual tourist place, ACTUALLY: I particularly recommend the tartare, the Milanese risotto and the panna cotta. All delicious, a crazy mix of tradition and innovation. The salted butter and oil that is served with the appetizers are also delicious. I truly recommend it, not only to tourists, but above all to all Italians who want to enjoy a delicious lunch in the evocative setting of Cernobbio.

12/04/2025: Beautiful place on the shores of Lake Como, with wonderful views. We were served by a beautiful girl who also tried very hard to speak to us in Spanish. The food is very delicious and also has gluten-free options.

29/10/2024: Convenient location to the ferry to reach the various locations, rooms a little demotic but clean and with a view of the lake, abundant and well-kept breakfast, very kind staff. I highly recommend
02/10/2024: Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear even how fly farts in the room next to yours. We were unlucky, while we stayed, in the next room was a couple who probably hadn't seen each other for a long time....
Rooms small. Washrooms old. But fine.
Service good. Personal nice. Breakfast is good enough.
It costs a lot, but you pay mostly for the view.

30/03/2025: Biblical waiting times, value for money, embarrassing, four strips of Pan carrè, toasted with butter and an anchovy for each strip, 14 euros, a real treat for the backside.
We had an aperitif, they brought us three postcards with less than a handful of chips, 7 counted olives, and perhaps a dozen salted almonds, calling this an aperitif is impossible.
All 35 euros
I'm sorry but this is the right way to lose customers

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this restaurant and their customer service. I visited the place on August 14th and accidentally forgot my jacket at the table. After immediately calling the restaurant, I was confirmed by the staff that the jacket had been found and safely stored. However, a few days later, when I called back to arrange collection, I was suddenly told that the jacket was no longer there.
Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the situation peacefully and even my willingness to accept a refund, I received unprofessional responses and vague explanations as to how the jacket disappeared. At one point, I was even offered a refund, but after I accepted, the tone of the conversation changed completely. The owner responded aggressively, placing all the blame on me for forgetting the jacket and insinuating that I was making unfounded accusations or even extorting money from him.
Their reluctance to take responsibility for items left in their care, accompanied by the owner's rude and confrontational communication, makes me question how seriously they take customer issues. The lack of respect and professionalism demonstrated was truly disappointing. I would never recommend this place to anyone and urge others to be very careful if they value decent service and respectful treatment.
Avoid this place at all costs if you expect even a modicum of courtesy or responsibility from the management.
