30/01/2025: A beautiful place. View from the restaurant of a part of Lake Como. The service was very nice and the food was delicious. My wife and I stayed overnight for 3 days. A very atmospheric place.

29/10/2024: Convenient location for the ferry to reach the various locations, rooms a little outdated but clean and with a view of the lake, plentiful and nice breakfast, very kind staff. I highly recommend
02/10/2024: Soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can hear even how fly farts in the room next to yours. We were unlucky, while we stayed, in the next room was a couple who probably hadn't seen each other for a long time....
Rooms small. Washrooms old. But fine.
Service good. Personal nice. Breakfast is good enough.
It costs a lot, but you pay mostly for the view.

01/10/2024: After a long walk around the lake, we enjoyed a double espresso with a stunning view of the water, accompanied by the charming chimes of bells from a beautiful nearby church. The staff went above and beyond, lighting a fire for our outdoor heating and providing warm blankets, allowing us to savor the classic Italian scenery in comfort. It was a perfect moment of warmth and beauty. Thank you !

09/01/2025: Restaurant where you can eat divinely, with professional service, all close to a wonderful location. All dishes were well cooked, including the pizza, prepared with the crust high as it should always be. Beautiful experience by the lake, I can only recommend it.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this restaurant and their customer service. I visited the place on August 14th and accidentally forgot my jacket at the table. After immediately calling the restaurant, I was confirmed by the staff that the jacket had been found and safely stored. However, a few days later, when I called back to arrange collection, I was suddenly told that the jacket was no longer there.
Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the situation peacefully and even my willingness to accept a refund, I received unprofessional responses and vague explanations as to how the jacket disappeared. At one point, I was even offered a refund, but after I accepted, the tone of the conversation changed completely. The owner responded aggressively, placing all the blame on me for forgetting the jacket and insinuating that I was making unfounded accusations or even extorting money from him.
Their reluctance to take responsibility for items left in their care, accompanied by the owner's rude and confrontational communication, makes me question how seriously they take customer issues. The lack of respect and professionalism demonstrated was truly disappointing. I would never recommend this place to anyone and urge others to be very careful if they value decent service and respectful treatment.
Avoid this place at all costs if you expect even a modicum of courtesy or responsibility from the management.
