01/04/2026: We were here several times in 2024. Now we've been back twice in 2025. The staff is very friendly and the food was good. We'll definitely go again if we're ever in the area again.

02/04/2026: Although I'm sure the response will be derogatory and offensive after reading this, I can't reconcile myself with not sharing my incredibly intrusive, disrespectful, and brazen experience at this restaurant. We were greeted warmly and, after a short wait, seated at a table for six. However, as soon as we sat down, the waitress's behavior changed drastically. Her behavior towards my partner and me (a same-sex couple) was beyond outrageous. We were constantly touched and bumped into by the waitress for no apparent reason, while she was extremely friendly and courteous to my brother and his partner. This clearly indicated to me that, in my opinion, the problem wasn't our table, but the waitress's homophobia. Not a single smile or any courtesy was shown to us all evening; that was reserved for guests the waitress found more "appealing." In the end, our bill came to €37 (since we all paid separately), and despite the incredibly bad experience, we decided to leave a €3 tip. The waitress took it for granted and didn't even manage a thank you, to which I replied that if a thank you wasn't possible, then I'd take the three euros. There was no reaction to that. She then thanked my brother and his partner with a beaming smile, and as we were leaving, she gave us the three euros with another smug grin. As we were leaving, we could hear her complaining loudly about us to her colleague. Absolutely not recommended. Especially for my fellow queer friends. 🏳️‍🌈

28/03/2026: We were greeted with great warmth; they were very kind and attentive. The food was plentiful and delicious; it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back. 10/10

21/03/2026: A beautiful restaurant along the lake, elegant atmosphere and excellent service with good food. The only note: 9 euros for a pasta dish for a small child seemed excessive to me.

05/04/2026: The 4.5 rating appears to be from the previous diner. We visited the restaurant to try the classic dishes on the menu. Lured by the inviting ambiance with its beautiful white tablecloths, we had high expectations. The fact that there were only a few guests at the time initially led us to attribute it to the higher price point – however, in retrospect, this suggests other explanations. The dishes in retrospect: • Vitello Tonnato: A very minimalist approach was taken here. The meat was the absolute focus and had a very firm texture. Since the sauce was used very sparingly, the meat's natural flavor remained completely pure and dry. • Caesar Salad: A dish for those who like it rustic. The meat topping was remarkably firm and offered extreme resistance when chewing – definitely a departure from the usual succulence. • Spaghetti Carbonara: This variation was very meat-heavy. The sausage component was so dominant that the pasta and the actual sauce were almost completely overshadowed. Unfortunately, the dish lacked any balance from a technical standpoint, as the excessive seasoning completely stifled any hint of Italian lightness. A very unusual experience that, sadly, failed to impress. In conclusion: The kitchen here takes a very unique approach to textures, intense seasoning, and the proportions of ingredients. For lovers of classic, succulent Italian cuisine, however, this presents a challenge. We've had the experience once and will leave it at that. Fortunately, we found a fantastic restaurant just a short distance away in town that completely satisfied our culinary desires – we immediately made a reservation for our second evening there.

18/03/2026: The Risorgimento restaurant in Sirmione no longer exists. It has changed ownership and its name. Now, that place is a tourist restaurant like so many others.

21/10/2025: A good choice for a meal in Sirmione, away from the hustle and bustle of the center and with a view of the lake.

29/09/2025: Excellent mussels! The octopus salad is prepared in a unique way; you have to try it. I also liked the house wine, both white and red; the rosé didn't do it justice at all.

28/10/2025: A restaurant overlooking the Scaligero Castle. We had lunch for four, sharing an appetizer (very good fried gnocco and excellent hand-sliced ​​raw ham) and pizzas. Nothing exceptional, but good and well-cooked. Excellent value, especially considering the central location and the prices of other restaurants.

06/04/2026: The pizzas were really excellent, with great value for money, especially for such a touristy area. The setting is also a major plus: very well located, attractive, and a really pleasant place to spend some time. The service team is large and very responsive, which makes the experience even smoother and more enjoyable. We highly recommend it!

02/11/2025: Poor quality food. We asked for sautéed vegetables and they served them boiled. The lasagna was made with sour tomato sauce. The pizza was mediocre. You pay €3.50 per person for a cover charge, but you get cheap oil and rubbery bread.

22/07/2025: Sono stato ospite di questo ristorante su suggerimento di amici. La struttura gode di una posizione privilegiata, situata nel centro storico di Sirmione e affacciata sul suggestivo scenario del lago di Garda, offrendo così un contesto ambientale di grande fascino. Il servizio si è rivelato nel complesso cortese e sufficientemente attento, seppur privo di elementi distintivi. Per quanto concerne l’offerta gastronomica, essa appare orientata prevalentemente a un target turistico. La mia compagna ha gustato un piatto di chitarrine con gamberi e pistacchio, risultato equilibrato e piacevole. Personalmente ho optato per il primo del giorno a base di cozze e pesto: una proposta non sgradevole, ma priva di particolare carattere, probabilmente penalizzata dall’utilizzo di pasta precotta, elemento comprensibile in contesti ad alto flusso ma comunque poco valorizzante. La nota più negativa della serata è stata il dessert. Invogliato dall’aspetto dei dolci esposti nel frigorifero, ho ordinato una panna cotta ai frutti di bosco. Purtroppo, quella servita al tavolo non corrispondeva affatto all’aspetto del dolce esposto: era evidentemente non fresca e presentava persino tracce di muffa su uno dei frutti. Ciò che più mi ha deluso, tuttavia, è stata la mancanza di attenzione nella gestione della segnalazione: né un gesto di cortesia né una semplice scusa da parte del personale. Il dolce è stato semplicemente sostituito con uno più fresco.Un comportamento più premuroso avrebbe senz’altro contribuito a ridimensionare l’accaduto. A titolo costruttivo, invito la direzione a prestare maggiore cura alla qualità dell’offerta e alla gestione del cliente, affinché l’eccellenza della location sia rispecchiata da un’esperienza all’altezza delle aspettative.

06/04/2026: A tourist trap, they're there to make money, not to satisfy you. The pizzas come straight from the freezer, they paid no attention to our table, and be warned, they don't give change unless you ask for it (and even then, it's not guaranteed). Avoid this place!

07/06/2025: Premetto che non è mia consuetudine scrivere recensioni né in senso positivo che negativo. Trovare insalata nel mio piatto ancora sporca di terra non è stato gradevole. A maggior motivo quando la stessa cosa è avvenuta ad un amica seduta al tavolo con me. Fatto presente il tutto al cameriere lo stesso si è ripetutamente scusato eliminando le portate dal conto. Purtroppo devo constatare che la qualità dei piatti in generale è peggiorata rispetto ad alcuni (pochi) anni fa. Rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato. Nb. Da porre attenzione agli scontrini. In due occasioni distinte ( pranzo di Pasqua e pranzo con amici) vi erano più pietanze di quelle ordinate). LOCATION STUPENDA

30/05/2025: Bella la presentazione ma il cibo nulla di eccezionale, vale di più il panorama con la vista sul lago. Non penso di ritornarci.
