26/06/2025: Booked online this morning for dinner and I must say that even though we arrived before the reservation they sat us down calmly (also because there were plenty of free tables). We ordered a mixed fried fish with paranza (minion portion for how much we paid), octopus with potatoes which had 2/3 potatoes (I mean small pieces), spaghetti alla pescatora with mussels full of "barbetta" which, mussels aside, was the best dish overall... and finally the swordfish alla pescatora which we didn't really like (we ate just a little because for how much it cost it had to be tasted). In fact, we left without finishing the swordfish. Fried fish aside, the portions are abundant. As for the service, and I say this as a waiter with 15 years of experience behind me, they could have done much better... very slow service, the guy with long hair who often touched his forehead (unhygienic), the girl who took the order was ok and even the guy with the braids (even if you could see that he wasn't very experienced he was the one we appreciated the most). The girl at the cash register is a boh... as a person who works in the restaurant business, if the question "is everything okay?" was answered "fairly" I would ask why. Having said that, we won't be going back!

I felt like I was eating in a real tourist trap.
Be careful, criticism is not well received in this restaurant: expect an emotional reaction rather than a professional attitude.

29/06/2025: The price-quality ratio is quite poor for Italy – this place felt like a tourist trap. The location is beautiful, right by the sea, which is definitely a plus. However, the food is overpriced for what the restaurant offers.
Service was also disappointing, as we waited an hour and a half for our food. What was particularly frustrating is that several people at our table ordered the same dish, and all of them at different times.
To be fair, the food was tasty, but not worth the high prices or the long wait.

Delicious food, very good wine, superlative muffato del Trasimeno😍😍😍
The owner transmits love for his work and is extremely knowledgeable, he enchants you while he describes what he offers you.
They prepared a side dish for me on the fly, delicious ❤️
It's been a long time since I've eaten so well, everything was delicious, nothing to complain about.
The place is very clean and well kept.
I only suggest buying one or two fans to put at the back of the place, in the toilet area, because there isn't much air circulating.
29/06/2025: Locals told us that the food there was expensive but of good quality. We didn't find the food particularly good, rather bland, and the prices were very normal and fair. We had two pizzas and didn't find them particularly tasty, but they weren't bad either. The service was fantastic, and the ambiance was fantastic as well.

22/06/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro matrimonio al baianita. Santa, la proprietaria ha fatto tutto quanto era possibile per rendere il nostro giorno indimenticabile e ci è riuscita in pieno. Ci siamo sposati sul molo , e abbiamo fatto un aperitivo molto buono in spiaggia con la musica di dj Roberto. grazie a Santa e a tutto staff

18/06/2025: Local in the center but ABSOLUTELY not typical for tourists. Family and genuine management. Excellent food, very fresh fish (displayed in full view) and very generous portions. Adequate wine list. Absolutely average price, in fact, for the quality of the food offered I would have gladly paid something more. The owner very helpful and kind. 100% to try, reservation required in advance.

24/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale visitando Finalborgo, pranzato all'aperto in piazza e trovato ottima la soluzione di poter scegliere tipo di pasta e sughi. Servizio veloce e personale cortese. Qualità buona, consigliato se ci passate.

Personale scortese, abbiamo trovato un sasso nel piatto e quando lo abbiamo reclamato, il proprietario ci ha risposto che è normale trovare sassi nel piatto perché il pesce che propongono è fresco. Ancora non capiamo il nesso tra le due cose. Il piatto era stato mandato indietro e alla mia amica non è stato proposto di rifare la portata. Alla cassa ci hanno fatto comunque pagare anche il piatto con il sasso nonostante fosse per almeno la metà pieno. Inoltre il proprietario ci ha accusate di aver sottolineato il problema perché non volevamo pagare, mettendo in dubbio la nostra onestà.
A livello di qualità del cibo mi dispiace ma nessuno dei piatti 3 piatti a base di pesce aveva un ottimo sapore ( nonostante le allusioni alla freschezza), inoltre le vongole erano piene di sabbia. Il pesto ordinato dalla 4a persona era leggermente acido. Rispecchia perfettamente gli stereotipi sulla ristorazione italiana con core business i turisti.
