16/02/2025: Excellent service, dishes at an average level, price corresponds to quality but unfortunately, as they say in Rome, they are cheap, I'll explain better , they don't know how to treat customers well, nothing bitter or digestive worse for them.

09/02/2025: Truly a beautiful place, the Parata is a welcoming and very quiet place. You have the opportunity to taste their creations by the river, the Aniene flows right next to this farmhouse in a quiet and relaxing way. The fried sturgeon with chicory and anchovy mayonnaise is excellent. We have tasted practically all of the first courses and they are very interesting. For a trip out of town in Subiaco it is the perfect place to eat and spend a few hours in peace thanks also to the staff who are not at all intrusive, prepared and very kind. I recommend it.
