Young chef but with experience and creativity. The girl who served us was not only good but also nice.

03/06/2025: These guys and this Chef deserve 10 and honors. First of all the welcome, the patience, the kindness and the professionalism. Then each dish was a work of art, an unexpected combination of flavors, a couple of examples: tacos with shrimp, truffle and stracciatella; octopus with berries. We were a group of ten and it was Easter day. So this difficulty coefficient alone makes everything much more appreciated. We ordered à la carte, almost everything is cooked fresh so it is possible to make special requests. Just one note: having only one bathroom for the entire restaurant on such a busy day it would have been necessary to clean the toilet at least every two hours, if not more often. Unfortunately most people are uncivilized, but that is not a good reason to leave the floor wet with urine and covered in pieces of paper for those who care about hygiene and also respect others. Under the sink in the anteroom please put a paper basket. Thank you

06/06/2025: Great experience and beautiful surprise in this restaurant in the heart of Bracciano. Fast and friendly service. The welcome aperitif was much appreciated, the first courses were excellent (porcini and truffle fettuccine and lobster spaghetti) and the second courses were also excellent (octopus Catalan style and very tender beef). The wine list was also good. Recommended for the quality of the food, an elegant restaurant. We will definitely be back.
For the second time in this restaurant, we confirm the excellent experience of the first time. Very friendly staff and very well presented and delicious dishes. The welcome aperitif was very elegant, tagliolini percorsi 39 and ricotta and herb ravioli with truffle were excellent. Excellent fried fish and fresh and summery Mediterranean octopus. The white wine offered as a pairing was excellent. Prices in line with the quality of the cuisine. We will be back!

28/04/2025: On Sunday we had lunch in this splendid restaurant overlooking the lake and we can't say enough about it. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism by all the staff: the waiters, always smiling and helpful, made us feel at ease straight away. Special praise goes to the owner Marco, a nice and friendly person who manages to convey all the passion for his work.
The food was simply excellent: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients and authentic flavors that made the lunch truly special. An honorable mention goes to the homemade cake: exquisite, genuine and perfect for a sweet end to the meal.
After lunch we were able to take advantage of the small beach adjacent to the restaurant, a quiet and relaxing corner that made our day even more pleasant.
An experience that we recommend to anyone looking for good food, impeccable service and an enchanting location. We will definitely be back!

10/03/2025: Prezzo ottimo, servizio cortese, porzioni abbondanti e ottima qualità. Il ristorante è un po' vintage ma fuori la terrazza sul lago è perfetta e con una vista meravigliosa. Un' oasi di pace. Torneremo!!!

04/05/2025: Lunch in a group, the restaurant is a guarantee whether you choose land or sea menus. The staff always available. The food was excellent and freshly prepared. The view of the lake is worth the trip. All at more than fair prices. It's not the first time I've gone to Alfredo's and I will continue to go there when I'm in the area. Advised.

12/04/2025: Wonderful food! We had antipasti and a white pizza to share as starters. Large portions and great value. Pasta was delicate and al dente. You won’t be disappointed.
12/03/2025: Great choice for a gluten free lunch. We had pinsa. The gluten free one came out first on a different colour of plate from the normal ones. It was very good and the accompanying wine was delicious too. Friendly staff and a clean toilet.
