07/06/2025: The place is very nice, the staff is more or less kind, but unfortunately they don't know how to manage a restaurant. Bringing cheese when everyone has finished eating the first course is absolutely incomprehensible. Not putting bread on the table, but waiting until everyone has finished the second course to bring it, despite having been requested several times, is just unacceptable, in my opinion. So I will never go back there again.

22/10/2025: I ate here with my girlfriend. The ambiance was fine, and the service was very friendly and attentive – that was really positive. We had bruschetta first – unfortunately, the bread was really hard, almost rock hard. It was almost impossible to chew; I would have preferred something fresher and crispier and airier. I then had the fried seafood mix. It was nice and hot and crispy, but unfortunately served without any sauce. This made the whole thing quite dry. A small dip or cocktail sauce would have made a huge difference here. I thought €23 was a bit too expensive for it. My girlfriend had the Boca – it tasted okay, but the slices were so thin you could almost see through it. Overall, it was okay – solid, but not a standout. With a little more attention to detail in the food (e.g., fresh bread, a little sauce on the side, a bit better value), the restaurant could improve significantly.

20/07/2025: Gnocchi con polpa di granchio e pasta ai frutti di mare ottima, tutto fatto in casa ... Frittura discreta , posto molto carino e buon servizio...ci tornerei volentieri

27/05/2025: Lunedì a pranzo ritornando verso casa ci siamo fermati a mangiare in questo ristorante in riva al lago di Vico ed è stata una scelta davvero felice come dal nome. Iniziato dividendo un buonissimo filetto di persico marinato al pepe rosa; continuato condividendo dei gustosi tortorelli al ragù di coregone e degli squisiti ravioli di lago con persico e coregone; concluso con un ottimo coregone arrosto con salsa verde. Perfetto il vino proposto in abbinamento dalla bravaa e professionale ragazza che ci ha servito. Carina la location direttamente sul lago, conduzione familiare con cortesia e simpatia. Perfetto rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato

26/03/2025: Il ristorante Cavallino Rosso, situato nel cuore di Tivoli, è una vera gemma culinaria che sorprende piacevolmente i suoi ospiti. Nonostante l’aspetto esterno possa sembrare modesto, l’esperienza gastronomica offerta è di altissimo livello. La cucina di mare è il fiore all’occhiello del locale, con piatti a base di pesce freschissimo e di qualità eccellente, preparati con maestria dallo chef Simone Martorana.

09/03/2025: La pizza migliore del mondo! Le recensioni negative che leggo non sono affatto veritiere! E’ più costoso rispetto allo standard ma la qualità dei prodotti è talmente elevata che giustifica il prezzo!

18/07/2025: Schöner Ort! Große Energie! Sehr gute Atmosphäre! Die Atmosphäre und das Essen sind zum Sterben. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und professionell - für alles, was wir brauchten, während wir ständig unsere Getränke auffüllen! Beste Mahlzeit und Service, den wir bisher hatten. Danke!

14/07/2025: Location romantica, personale gentile e preparato, cucina raffinata con materia prima di ottima qualità, piatti rivisitati che mantengono il sapore originale..lievemente costoso ma ne vale la pena.

05/08/2025: Attention: Ristorante Al Centro and Ristorante Dal Folle are one and the same now (August 2025). Decent food, limited menu, but excellent location in the little square in the borgo. One of the stars is entirely due to the lovely frutti di bosco cheesecake with real fruit on top!
