09/06/2025: Als "Wiederholungstäter" wurden wir auch diesmal wieder nicht enttäuscht. Schöne Terrasse, schönes Lokal, netter und zuvorkommender Service und last but not least viel Gutes aus dem Meer und aus dem Keller. Wenn man in der Umgebung ist, unbedingt ausprobieren. Die Preise sind übrigens der Qualität entsprechend.

05/06/2025: Könnte man mehr Punkte vergeben das Castello hat es mehr als verdient. Wir waren eine Gruppe von sieben Personen Und alle Speisen die serviert wurden waren einfach fantastisch . Das Thunfisch Tatar einfach lecker . Aber auch die Hauptspeisen einfach ein Traum .Mir viel die Auswahl richtig schwer,weil alle Gerichte auf der Karte sehr verlockend klingen . Empfehlen kann man auf jeden Fall das Risotto mit Meeresfrüchten ,aber auch das Rinderfilet war ein Gedicht . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder wenn wir in Muggia sind .

20/08/2025: A very pleasant surprise: traditional dishes were well-prepared and plentiful. The homemade gnocchi with various seafood sauces were sublime. Highly recommended, but be careful with reservations given the small size of the place. P.S. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to finish the gnocchi with prawns... It usually never ends like that!

19/08/2025: Renzo is a character, friendly, joking, he makes you feel at home, the location is beautiful and welcoming, the menu is very fresh fish, nothing frozen, not even vegetables, in fact there is no à la carte menu it depends on what is fresh, the first courses are plentiful, the price is reasonable, we know that good fish is expensive especially if it is the catch of the day, overall an excellent rating

04/08/2025: I visited the Italian restaurant Risorta with high expectations, but unfortunately, the reality was far from perfect. Despite the elegant decor, views of the bay, and friendly service, the dishes didn't live up to expectations, either in taste or portion sizes. The dishes were mediocre, lacking the intensity and freshness one would expect from Italian cuisine. Furthermore, the portions were surprisingly small, and the prices were definitely inflated for the quality offered. The baked potatoes, such a simple side dish, were disgusting! I felt like I was paying primarily for the location and decor, not the food itself. I paid €250, and no one was satisfied. It's a shame, because I was hoping for a true Italian feast. Don't eat there!

03/08/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at this splendid seafood restaurant overlooking the sea, immersed in a relaxing atmosphere with meticulous attention to detail. But it's the food that truly made the experience special. Every dish served was a triumph of freshness, authentic flavors, and elegant presentation. The attention to quality and seasonality of the ingredients is clearly evident, as is the skill and passion of the kitchen. The staff was impeccable: friendly, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. A special mention goes to young Marco, a truly talented waiter: polite, kind, always smiling, and available. His friendliness made our evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent seafood in a unique and relaxing setting. We'll definitely be back! .
