04/12/2025: Excellent experience. The place isn't very big, so you need to book at least a few days in advance for weekends. The wait staff is professional and friendly, and the owners are welcoming and friendly. An appetizer, two first courses, two second courses, a dessert, water, and a bottle of wine cost €120, a truly excellent value. Reservations are recommended before 8:00 PM, as the wait after that can be lengthy.

21/11/2025: I thought I'd tried everything when it comes to seafood restaurants in Cervia, since I've been coming here for work for years, both summer and winter, but no. On a rainy November evening, the few open restaurants were desolately empty. On my hotel's recommendation, I went to this restaurant and found the parking lot full of cars—a good sign! The dining room is welcoming and lit only by table lamps. The menu is short, a good sign because they focus on a few well-crafted dishes, meaning the ingredients are always fresh. The cuisine is a touch creative, with carefully crafted sweet and sour twists on classic seafood dishes. The service is friendly and professional, and the prices are average for the area's seafood restaurants, but not excessive. Ample parking is available in front of the restaurant, just outside Cervia's city center. Recommended.

09/12/2025: I returned years after my first visit and found it much better. It's located in Cervia's charming, pedestrianized old town. In winter, as in this case, there's a lovely fireplace. I tried the squid ink linguine and monkfish skewer, both delicious. Prices are average for the area for seafood. Recommended.

18/08/2025: The only one with such fine sand and more than 4 meters between one umbrella and the next. The sand is sifted every evening. Then we move on to the restaurant and the excellent coffee bar, not to mention the ginseng one, which is delicious. In the morning, you can have breakfast with delicious brioches and the now famous bomboloni that sell like hot cakes. Then we move on to the restaurant, everything delicious and fresh, starting with the local vegetables, followed by the excellent Romagna cuisine with homemade pasta, and finally the legendary pizza, truly a delicacy. That said, all that's left for me to say is: what are you waiting for? Come to this beach, to Andrea and Mauro. You can trust the word of a customer who is super happy to be a customer. Excellent food, prompt and attentive service, with a special mention for Simona. We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity. Excellent value for money. We recommend it.

18/10/2025: Seafood and meat restaurant in Cervia. We ordered two Salinaro fish menus with appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert. (House aperitif with bruschetta) The shrimp appetizer, seafood pasta, and mixed fried fish were exceptional! And to finish, a fabulous dessert. Super friendly staff and a refined atmosphere. Highly recommended!

06/09/2025: Four of us came for dinner. When we arrived, it was relatively quiet, but within half an hour it was full. Despite the large number of guests, the service was super fast and friendly. The pizzas were first-class, and the fish was equally excellent! Wine selections ranged from inexpensive to gourmet, with something for everyone! A first-class evening, highly recommended.
