The light and tasty frying was greatly appreciated, also thanks to my new tooth just checked by Dr. Faustini, which did not even alter the excellent bubbles of the ferghettina Franciacorta.

The ingredients are of the highest quality, with a strong emphasis on the territory and its authentic flavours. 18/08/2024: Se amate solo l'aglio e null'altro, allora è il posto fatto per voi. Orecchiette con aragostelle immangiabili. Sapevano purtroppo solo di Aglio. Il sapore del pesce inesistente. Da lì in poi il tracollo. Insensibilità verso tutto. Mi spiace perché erano partiti bene. Quando gli è stato detto, non ci credevano ma se ho lasciato lì il piatto poniti una domanda. Cmq spendere 160 euro e passa per 2 antipasti + 4 ostriche (che non si servono mai pari) 1 primo 1 secondo 1 vino 1 caffè e 4 amari (sperando togliessero un po' l'aglio) mi sembra un po' to matck. Peccato... avrebbe potuto essere il mio nuovo posto, visto che molto vicino casa.

Exquisite dishes from the appetizer, to the first courses up to the truly excellent second courses and courses that are not just for tasting, but rather capacious. Very kind, knowledgeable and very approachable staff. We recommend booking "in advance" (otherwise you won't find a place). Go often if you really want to taste the right flavours.

11/11/2024: In June I was intoxicated by the pizza with gastric lavage on Sunday evening they made pizza with mixed ends for everyone without saying it or writing it on the menu. Halfway through the pizza I asked why there were black marks and it was yellow, the waitress said they did it. different mixtures, after 2 hours feeling sick for hours in the end intoxicated by incorrect flours other people had complained... after calling a few days after the answer; I'm sorry but damn I'll die in moments... but you realize... never again and I'm telling everyone.. plus they didn't give me a receipt..
