Good pizza and I admit even though I'm not a fan (sorry) of Neapolitan pizza, they MAKE IT VERY GOOD BUT IT'S a Guinness Book of Records thing and you can test it with the stopwatch from the time you order until the delivery of the pizza takes less than 2 minutes, in fact I advise you to go to the bathroom before ordering because once ordered after just over a minute with the fact that they have many pizza chefs working assembly line style the pizza 🍕 in just over a minute it is good and served, the place is very large with 2 rooms downstairs and a large room on the second floor ALSO SUITABLE FOR EVENTS WITH MORE PEOPLE OR BIRTHDAYS however it is always better to book as it is also just a few meters from the very popular Victoria cinema, many cinemagoers go to eat this excellent pizza before or after knowing also that if they are in a hurry they are served and revered in a short time

13/05/2024: I came back here after a long time and I must say that the pizza is one of the best in the province of Modena and its surroundings. Regina Margherita is special with a dough that melts in your mouth. Fast service and very friendly staff, especially waiter Antonio. Large and spacious environment, which is rare for the historic center. Next time I'll try some fish dishes. Definitely give it a try.

03/04/2024: Unfortunately we were placed in a veranda area with a cold temperature, not only us but also other people dined with their jackets on... Poor service: 5 pizzas on the same table arrived 10 minutes between the first and last and everyone was expected to start.. The pizza is good, very light and not exactly generous.

04/05/2024: Definitely not positive When we arrived at 11pm they made us sit down Ordered immediately but waited 40 minutes for four pizzas The waiters who blurt out because people arrive late Really sad pizza and low quality ingredients in my opinion If at a certain time you don't want the customer, you tell them no rather than doing these things You have gotten a lot worse over the years

05/04/2024: Splendid discovery, clean and well-ordered place with kind and welcoming owner, has ample parking, you can enjoy excellent fish and meat dishes. The first time we enjoyed an excellent cut of beef and we returned and this time we enjoyed excellent fish-based first courses and an exceptional fried seafood with grilled vegetables and chips. Excellent quality for the price. came back to taste the pizzas too and I can guarantee you that they are really good, well cooked and seasoned with quality ingredients. Try it to believe it

02/04/2024: Sober and elegant place, courteous and efficient staff with quick service even when the place is full, excellent quality of food, excellent fish, excellent pizza, expertly cooked traditional menu, I recommend everyone to try the patriarch, it's absolutely worth it, for the care and the great quality provided and constantly monitored by the owners. For me there is no grade beyond 10 on the report card, compliments to Mr Pino the owner and to all the table service staff.

29/03/2024: Experience not up to expectations. I've definitely eaten better and spent less elsewhere. I really struggle to understand what the restaurant offers to justify the price. I didn't like the service. Not very empathetic and almost pissed off. I don't know what to say... it was an embarrassing evening... I will not return.

03/03/2024: The restaurant is in one of the nicest corners of Modena, the environment is pleasant and the staff very kind, this must be said. However, perhaps also due to our less than perfect menu choices, what we got didn't really excite us. An ok starter, a second course of fish in which there was more celeriac than amberjack and a dessert which after the first spoonful we were unable to eat. Very high price for the experience we had.

27/02/2024: Ho scelto di festeggiare il mio matrimonio da Vinicio e fin da subito ho apprezzato la professionalità del titolare e di tutto lo staff. La cucina ed il servizio sono eccellenti ed il locale è elegante e spazioso. Il personale ha soddisfatto ogni tipo di richiesta e tutta la festa è andata ben oltre ad ogni aspettativa.

The pasta, perfectly al dente, went perfectly with the rich and tasty fish sauce. An explosion of taste that conquered the palate and left its mark. **Fried calamari:** Golden and crunchy calamari, light and dry. A real treat for the palate, impossible to resist! Fried to perfection, they were not at all greasy and their freshness was unmistakable. **Pastiera:** A sweet ending that delighted and enchanted. 06/04/2024: Good pizza, but the service sucks from that young waiter who does all the dining rooms so we sat in the last room at the back of the restaurant and it was empty, in addition to the pizzas we also ordered some french fries but the fries never arrived, strange thing a couple with a daughter who came in 15 minutes after us gave them our chips which had been sitting for 5 minutes and they still hadn't brought us anything if in your opinion it's normal then we told that rude person of that waiter and he didn't even apologize, he just limited himself to crossing them off the receipt, he didn't even ask if we wanted them back. But he or the owners of the Bruschetta run this place.
