07/06/2026: Really incredible experience - food was excellent and the service was honestly even better. We went multiple times while on vacation here for the week. The woman who took care of us was amazing - she went out of her way entirely to make my wife feel taken care of. The spaghetti and clams was unbelievable, as was all of the seafood we had here.
06/06/2026: the risotto was fantastic; the pizza was more of a tomato soup with a bit of bread, it was not fully cooked and the crust was almost inexistent. the restaurant was extremely loud, waiters shouting around and tables were less than 50cm apart from each other: I was sitting closer to some stranger than to my partner. lastly, the host kept coming to our table and telling us, a young couple, not to get married because it would ruin our lives and telling us about his personal misery. not terrible overall, but still not an experience i would like to repeat

06/05/2026: Wood-fired oven, reasonable prices. We ordered two takeout pizzas and they were delicious, even cold ones at home. Even the "light" pizza made us blush, and it was good :D The Tramonto d'Oro 2.0 is definitely worth trying.
We'll definitely go again.
15/04/2026: We stayed in Castellabate for 2 weeks and ate here 4 times. Every time we came it was fantastic. The pizze is great! Our two go tos became the Margarita and the Quattro Formaggio. Jerry was however one of the most memorable points to our visits, 10/10 waiter, kind patient and genuine. Great guy. Good food. Good atmosphere.

11/05/2026: We had lunch at this seafood restaurant and were truly satisfied. The dishes were incredibly fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned, and you're sure to be captivated from the first course. Everything was prepared with great care and the seafood was excellent.
Special compliments to the waiter Giuseppe, who was extremely kind, professional, and attentive to every need. His friendliness and helpfulness made the lunch even more enjoyable. Impeccable service!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for an excellent seafood lunch, with generous portions and a truly warm welcome. We'll definitely be back!

10/06/2026: TL;DR The best dinner we had on our holiday in Italy
We came just for a drink, but the sound of the waves while sitting above the water and the super friendly staff made us stay for dinner — and that was a great decision!
We had paccheri with shrimps and fish, and the daily special — Ricciola fish in a tomato and olive sauce. The dishes were amazing — both the freshness and the taste.
Bonus — they made my wife a great non-alcoholic Mojito even though it's not on the menu

08/03/2026: I had a grilled fish (a plaice?). There were still a lot of bones in the fish. And the price was far too high: 30 euros. That's without the side dishes that are usually charged extra in Italy.
The dining room, under a kind of covered terrace, was clean but simple, so the ambiance doesn't justify the high price.

03/06/2026: I absolutely recommend this restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful, the prices are average, the food is excellent, and the view is amazing. It's a truly beautiful place. Every time I'm in Castellabate, I can't miss a stop there.
01/06/2026: Drawn by a beautiful location, we arrived full of expectations, which were immediately dashed upon reading the menu.
The grilled cuttlefish we ordered was lost on the large serving platter, along with a salad leaf from a bygone era.
Hunger got the better of us, even though the cuttlefish was extremely overcooked, sometimes even burnt.
I mentioned this when asked, but the owner didn't apologize verbally, nor did she offer a rather hefty bill for the amount we'd consumed.
A disappointment; we won't be returning.

11/04/2026: An impeccable Easter lunch!!! The modern take on the traditional Campania and Cilento menu was excellent, with varied, generous dishes and high-quality food. Service was prompt yet welcoming, as the relaxed calm of Easter Sunday demands. The atmosphere was wonderful, surrounded by greenery and far from the festive chaos. Highly recommended!!!

19/06/2025: Poche parole, è carissimo e il cibo non è all’altezza. Gamberoni sulla grigliata di mare insieme all’orata surgelata. Tortino di polpo e patate orrendo. Il prezzo poi 40 euro a testa manco fosse un 4 stelle. Consiglierei di rivedere un poco il tutto.
03/06/2025: Este lugar es un club de playa y una combinación de bar / restaurante ubicado en una playa de arena fina con aguas generalmente tranquilas. Hay más de 100 tumbonas y sombrillas bien mantenidas. Al menos un socorrista útil siempre está presente. También hay baños limpios y vestuarios. Aparte de una magnífica vista al mar Tirreno, el restaurante ofrece un menú consistentemente excelente. Los mariscos frescos y las frutas y verduras de origen local son abundantes y bien presentados. El bar completo ofrece algunos vinos agradables y hacen un gran Aperol Spritz. Los dueños Rosa y su esposo lideran un personal que es amable y brinda un excelente servicio. Nos encantó nuestra estancia de 7 días en Castellabate y felizmente pasamos 5 de ellos en Lido Santa María!

04/03/2025: Purtroppo era tra i pochi aperti e ci siamo capitati noi, il menù bambini aveva pennette al pomodoro e cotoletta, la carne della cotoletta era vecchia e puzzolente, abbiamo scelto un menù del pescatore che prevedeva spaghetti ai frutti di mare ma il cameriere ci dice che i frutti di mare non c'erano perché al mercato non gli sono sembrati eccellenti.. L'antipasto era composto da straccetti di merluzzo (tipo tonno in scatola per intenderci) e patate con la stessa consistenza, il tutto pieno di olio. Mezzo litro di vino della casa e una bottiglia di acqua , poco meno di 90 euro ..

06/05/2025: Location da favola, un panorama pazzesco. I piatti assaggiati buonissimi, oltre ad essere belli da vedere erano veramente squisiti e particolari.
14/04/2025: Questo ristorante è un'esperienza sia per gli occhi che per il palato... Un panorama spettacolare, sembra di sovrastare il mare e i colori al tramonto sono unici. La location è calda il personale molto accogliente e professionale. Il cibo è veramente di qualità con una selezione di vini di tutto rispetto. Insomma da provare! Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto
