06/01/2025: A real culinary experience! A taste explosion but also a visual one because, yes, the chef was able to create an atmosphere around the volcano.
A nice surprise in any case, I recommend.
14/12/2024: Chef Paolo Gramaglia, his wife Laila with Alessio, represent the Guarantee, more than the "Red" who awarded them the star way back in 2015. I won't tell you about them, that will be your discovery to experience in a personal way, but I invite you to get to know them.
One evening at the end of September we booked by chance, and since then we have returned several times, especially for special occasions, in which the chef, assisted by his staff, created an "ad personam" menu for us.....THANK YOU so much exist!!! Pompeii is worth the trip, the President too!

04/01/2025: Mi marido y yo estuvimos en Italia unas semanas y una de nuestras paradas fue en Pompeya. Acabamos de encontrar este restaurante para el almuerzo y fue increíble! Nos sentamos fuera y tuvimos la MEJOR pizza de nuestro viaje de dos semanas. La ensalada y el pan estaban deliciosos también. Hablamos con el propietario, que era muy acogedor y agradecido. Si / cuando estamos en esta zona de nuevo, sin duda comeremos aquí de nuevo! Muy recomendable.

The rice was soft and delicious.
29/12/2024: I took the 4 large shrimps which are supposedly prawns, strong tidal smell and not good. Really undercooked risotto.
Endless waiting and lousy welcome.

De la région ce qui est plutôt rare à proximité des ruine de Pompei. Le plus prix tres abordables. Le patron est vraiment sympathique et accueillant. Le restaurant est au calme je le conseille à 100%.
23/10/2024: No puedo elogiar este restaurante y los servidores lo suficientemente alto. Después de haber oído cosas buenas sobre este restaurante entré a preguntar sobre una reserva para la cena. Roberto tomó mi número de teléfono, ya que habían planeado cerrar esa noche, tenían una gran fiesta a la que asistir. Mientras vagaba por las ruinas de Pompeya me llamó para decir, sí, ven a cenar. Básicamente, abrieron el restaurante solo para nosotros 4.
Y qué experiencia encantadora fue. La comida era increíble al igual que las citas del restaurante, hermosas líneas de mesa de algodón, italiano por supuesto. Pero, la comida era fabulosa desde berenjenas hasta almejas, pasta, parrilla mixta de mariscos, terminando con pera ricotta baba ron. Todo estaba muy bien. Y Roberto era un anfitrión maravilloso, atendiéndonos perfectamente. Volvería a Pompeya Nuovo solo para cenar en Add’U Mimi. Era auténtico, sin cortes de esquina, a pesar de ser una ciudad tan turística. Se enorgullecen de lo que hacen en Add’U Mimi. Una sorpresa maravillosa. Gracias Roberto.

05/01/2025: We were skeptical at first because the restaurant is relatively large. But in the end we were very satisfied. My fish menu for €25 was totally ok, the pizza was also good. The landlord was very friendly and was able to console us about the temporarily non-working coffee machine for the espresso at the end.
22/12/2024: Cucina scadente inoltre sono arrivati piatti appena tiepidi a tavola... inoltre a tratti sisentiva un cattivo odore di materiale vecchio..

Fantastic experience in a REAL restaurant. Very friendly and witty staff. UNFORGETTABLE fried fish. As a good Venetian, I dared to ask for polenta and the wonderful waitress jokingly teased me. And she did well, I deserved it! I'm still ashamed of it. I was in Campania and I had to respect the gastronomy of that region.Divinely eaten, excellent local wines, superlative desserts.We we had lunch outdoors and bad luck it started pouring. They welcomed us inside even though it was almost closing time. Thanks again. An excellent memory for your friendliness, friendliness and professionalism.

Il Machiavelli restaurant e lounge

07/01/2025: We spent New Year's Eve in this restaurant. The place is practically a closed veranda with sheets from which drafts pass through, my feet were frozen all evening. As for the food, the starters were decent, the first paccheri with seafood ragù, the ragù good, the paccheri overcooked (and you need some to overcook the paccheri!), the second first course, champagne risotto was tasteless completely without salt and above all without Champagne!
The second course was a good sea bream fillet but the potatoes on top were raw.
Good but frozen apple pie, but the thing that really left me stunned were the lentils, the large ones from discount stores, dry, mushy, completely without salt, unpresentable and inedible, in fact everyone left them.
On a positive note, the service, the girls are kind and polite
I don't think we will return to this restaurant again
01/01/2025: A delightful New Year's Eve in Pompeii How can we not leave an excellent review for this place, where we were truly welcomed like family members without neglecting professionalism, accompanied by good music as soon as we arrived Antonio, one of the owners, immediately welcomed us like family members, the super active staff, but the jewel in the crown was Gianluca the Chef, also one of the owners who delighted and pampered us with his splendid and tasty fish-based cuisine, all fresh, cooked to perfection but with flavors above many other places in Pompeii, highly recommended. Well done guys, I can only recommend everyone to taste your delicacies. THE TOP of cuisine, hospitality, cleanliness, elegance and professionalism. Well done. Well done..

29/08/2024: Visité aquí en mi primer día de un viaje de una semana, regresé 3 veces más esa semana. El servicio es muy rápido y la señora mayor que parece ser el propietario es muy amable y encantador. La comida es realmente a un precio razonable y absolutamente delicioso. El entorno del patio es precioso y después de una semana no encontré ningún lugar tan encantador para sentarme y disfrutar de una comida y unas copas.

07/01/2025: I see a lot of bad reviews and I disagree. I ate well, simple but genuine dishes, tasty and plentiful. I was satisfied and the price was also adequate for a unique tourist location in the world frequented by people who crossed the planet to come here. If you go to the Monza GP you eat a disgusting sandwich and pay the same while standing under the sun...Of course the free parking is "absorbed" by the cost of lunch but how much is it worth parking 50m from the entrance? And if you go to Pompeii, don't you still eat in some place where they take advantage of the location to earn a little more than normal? However, I spent €112 for 4 dishes, a fried dish, 2 desserts, wine, coffee and limoncello, and my stomach was bursting... At least here they treat you in a friendly way. Sergio the valet gave me his phone number so I could call him if I needed anything...I saw the famous southern hospitality of the 60's...I recommend it.

04/01/2025: I can understand that it is difficult to satisfy the tastes of a vegan customer, but serving me 4 vegetables thrown on the plate without even oil, bread, or salt means not having respect for the customer, not even taking the time to season them. My family's experience was similarly poor, starting from the perceived low quality cured meats and the too hard crostini, up to the cost: we paid 18 euros each for: a meager starter, 3 pizzas to divide between 5, and a miserable slice of dessert (for me 5 pieces of melon), despite the owner having promised us a plentiful meal without even letting us read the menu to choose what we wanted. We don't give a star just for the quality of the pizza, tasty. We noticed, however, that our pizza seemed of a higher quality than that served in the more touristy part of the room (among other things, cold to look and feel). Summing up, we can say that this restaurant is a scam, and that two stars is also an abundant rating.

The restaurant owner could have spared the jokes about my life being "very sad", if I eat other vegetables without oil and salt like they were given to me here, of course my life is sad.
