14/10/2023: I'm the owner's wife's best friend but I must say it was the best food experience I have had in Italy for a long time. Just try the Pizza Margherita and you will taste the unbeatable quality of the ingredients they use. Simple but fresh genuine flavors. I also had the chance to try the more deliciously complex A' purpettell' e Mammà made with ingredients like Provola Agerolese, Polpettine fritte and ricotta Caseificio Costanzo as well as A Salsicc' e Friarell. I enjoyed such great food with the added bonus of the beautiful view of the Maronti beach.

Very unfriendly when paying!
13/10/2023: Fantastic restaurant with lovely owners, great service and the food is out of this world. The freshest ingredients.
I dined at Ottomano twice and both times were a hit!
The grilled calamari is enough for two and the caprese salad is just delicious.
The seafood pasta was another favorite, and the house white wine paired (too) well ;)
I'd highly recommend this spot.

27/01/2024: Caratteristico locale situato in un angolo del canalone che conduce alle terme di Cavascura. Ottimamente gestito dalla quinta generazione della stessa famiglia. Ottimi piatti sia di terra sia di mare, speciale il coniglio all'ischitana e le zeppole preparate al momento. Vino di qualità di produzione propria. Locale pulito e accogliente, ti fa sentire a casa
08/10/2023: Location caratteristica. Deve piacere il rustico. Cibo abbondante e di buona qualità seppur non particolarmente eccezionale, ma il servizio rende l'esperienza veramente esasperante. Causa continuo arrivo di comande in asporto, il servizio al tavolo fra antipasto e primo è stato di OLTRE 80 minuti. Non lo consiglio.

Albergo Olmitello Restaurant

26/09/2023: My wife and I have visited this restaurant on a number of occasions in recent years. This summer we visited three times, once as a couple and twice with a group of friends. We can honestly say that is easily one of our favourite restaurants on the island. We love Ischia and visiting Maronti Beach and Olmitello Restaurant is always special. The restaurant is located on Maronti beach (the best beach on the island) and a 5 minute walk to the right from where the number 5 bus or taxis drop off. The food is always amazing - a great selection of seafood and pasta dishes as well as the best homemade Parmigiana di melanzane on the island. The restaurant is family run by the Massimo and his wife Maria (two amazing people). The staff are all wonderful, friendly people and we are always made so welcome and have great fun there. A great restaurant to visit and also a fantastic day out with a 5 euro taxi boat ride to Sant Angelo to watch the sunset.
15/07/2023: Ho provato il ristorante, Massimo è proprietario è chef simpaticissimo e attento. Abbiamo mangiato due primi, inventati e suggeriti da lui. Tutto davvero molto buono, consiglio vivamente di passarci perché sembra di stare in famiglia, si sta molto molto bene.
