04/05/2025: Selezionato il ristorante dalla banca dati di Trip Advisor, abbiamo trovato un locale senza grandi pretese estetiche ma gestito con cura, grande simpatia e professionalità del personale. La lardiata era eccellente così come la frittura di pesce e le alici imbottite. Un pochino secco il brasato nocino e vino non al livello della cucina. Da consigliare.
03/05/2025: Sono venuto da Bologna per visitare la Campania ed oggi Benevento. Siamo capitati in questa locanda di cui avevo visto ottime recensioni. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente! Un antipasto, due primi e un secondo fatto dalla simpaticissima cuoca a cui ho fatto personalmente i miei complimenti. Da tanti anni non mangiavo così bene. Grazie anche al proprietario che ci ha raccontato con pazienza i piatti della locanda e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Se tornerò a Benevento non mancherò di venirvi a trovare per gustare i sapori della vostra terra. Grazie !

We often go to this restaurant and even without booking they manage to find a table.
The vegetable buffet is convenient and excellent.
The owner is very kind and jokes with the children and offers them some pizza dough to play with.
An institution in Benevento!

26/03/2025: Just before the main road that leads to Benevento you come across this lovely place with warm and welcoming spaces.
We booked the same day around 2:30 pm and we waited a bit, as it was full for Sunday lunch, but it was worth it.
The menu offers a wide range of both fish and meat dishes as well as some off-menu options.
The gnocchi were extremely tasty, with a very light dough and an intense sauce despite the simplicity of the ingredients, and the wild boar stew, tender and unique in the combination of chestnuts.
But the other courses were no less.
For a complete meal (starters, first and second courses, with a glass of wine) we hopefully paid €40 per person, normal prices and in line with the quality of the products.
It is no coincidence that it has been awarded the Michelin guide certificate for several years :)
09/03/2025: I was a guest at dinner on Valentine's Day with my partner. Perfect and well organized evening, despite the seats being full they were good and never delayed

23/03/2025: Sono cliente abituale . Non capisco perché si siano persi così ! Camerieri che lavorano tanto per…. Ti guardano e ti parlano dietro facendo mosse! Mah. Piatti che tornano indietro perché il pesce non so dove l’hanno procurato ma non è possibile servire qualità così scadente! Tutto pieno di riso scotto ! Chiedo di modificare il sushi chiedendo se il salmone può essere scottato in più perché crudo non posso mangiarlo , Mi rispondono che devo cambiare menu da pranzo a cena! Furbetti 😆 comunque cibo qualità scarsa pesce un surgelato anche scadenti e servizio DIAMO una sufficienza! Non tornerò più la mia esperienza con voi si è conclusa! L educazione è rispetto per il cliente che vi portano i soldi è FONDAMENTALE non fate i furbi! Hanno aperto tanti ristoranti di sushi nel beneventano dovreste subito mettervi in gareggiata altrimenti sarà la fine ….
