As soon as I entered I breathed the air of home, family, I felt enveloped by the sweet smile of Mrs. Ramona one of the owners being a family run business that never made me feel out of home, on the contrary, she put herself at my complete disposal like all the kind and professional staff. The record player, the shoe shiner, the books, the display cases with wines, grappas all a return to the traditions that I love. The clean, fresh, welcoming room, perfumed thanks to if I am not mistaken the lady on the floors Sadia. The idea of ​​​​thermal towels with a relaxing effect after a hot shower is wonderful, the large spaces for luggage and everything you need for personal hygiene, and those lamps that help you sleep or read a good book. While waiting, I appreciated the free entry of bruschetta and hot zeppioline. Very kind and professional all Antonio and the girl at the reception, the night porter thanks to everyone. 02/03/2025: Siamo stati a cena con amici....e che dire... tutto molto buono... antipasto ricco e buono .. pasta e vongole eccezionali...riso alla pescatora perfetto...e poi la frittura di gamberi e totani ottima....e alla fine dolci e amari ad un prezzo finale giusto e nella norma per quello che abbiamo mangiato.

When I booked by phone, the pizza I requested did not match the one I was served. I had ordered a specific type of pizza, but ended up with a mix of bocconcino, mozzarella, ham, an excessive amount of nuts and a sprinkling of truffle, according to them. I have to admit, reluctantly, that it wasn't what I ordered at all. “truffled” and the cost of this pizza was 14 euros! Damn! I also noticed the attitude of a gentleman, probable owner, who seemed to boast of the fact that the business had been open since 1954, celebrating the 71st anniversary as if it were a justification for the quality of the food. “Congratulations!”, I thought, but I can't say that I liked the pizzas. When they issued the receipt, I noticed that it said "Orlondo", from 1960. Also, I had ordered a margherita for my mom, but the top was burnt. For these reasons, I will not go back again. I perceived a somewhat bold attitude from the gentleman, as if he wanted to tell us "we have been here for 71 years", gesturing while trying to capture attention with their story. It's nice when attitude and movements accompany a story, but on this occasion it was excessive. In summary, they told me a fascinating story, but the product did not meet expectations. The truffle, at 14 euros, was not at all what I was hoping for; I didn't like it at all and, among other things, the price seems excessive to me. Therefore, goodbye dear restaurant since 1954.

My personal opinion will be all about the octopus with red cabbage, I don't know how many I ate, but I really enjoyed it very much! I also ate other things but I only remember the octopus. Very beautiful location, it feels like being on a ship. The owner is a very welcoming person

24/12/2024: Had lunch during a celebration. All based on fresh fish, well cooked and presented. Everything from starters to desserts was excellent. Fast service. I highly recommend
