20/09/2024: Ottimo servizio bell’atmosfera e cibo squisito sono stata 10 giorni in vacanza a capo Vaticano e ci sono andata ben 2 volte da provare anche perché non hanno solo sushi ma anche altri piatti classici da migliorare la carta dei vini

02/09/2024: All in all, on a level of a 3 star hotel, not 4. The room is good, although the furniture is or at least seems older. The room needs a comfortable armchair or small couch. The personnel are great. Very poor breakfast (one sort of ham and cheese for example). Very loud in the evening after 2200 (not all guests like loud music and parties)

31/08/2024: Can't comment on the rooms, we went by campervan and the staff were very friendly, great for a day stop.

15/10/2024: Review is regarding the RESTAURANT: By far most disappointing experience in the otherwise charming area. Here's why: - Biggest NO was the service. The waitress avoided all kinds of interaction. She was rather unfriendly, and took wrong orders. She brought wrong dishes, threw them on the table leaving us apalled. Her dismissive demeanor, lack of professionalism, and her attempt to charge us with the water we had ordered, but never received, was the main reason for the review. - The food was not much better than the service. The grilled fish was mistakenly swapped by the most goopy plate of risotto. The lasagne was the saddest dish, mainly composed of a few sheets of pasta. Portion size was so small, especially the lasagne wouldn't have satisfied a child. + the grilled fish, which only arrived after we ran after the waitress to correct, was quite good, although overshadowed by the bad service. We left after 30 mins, still hungry and feeling mistreated, but tried to stay as friendly as we could. The copa fee was definitely undeserved. Please review your staff morale.
