The menu is expertly updated, the work of continuous research by the owners of the best products to include in it. The dishes on the menu range from fine foreign cuts of meat to careful selections of national and local cured meats. Very strong selection of national and foreign cheeses. Extensive wine list that includes the best labels from the wineries present on the Italian territory.

28/06/2025: We were in this small restaurant specializing in cod and our expectations were not disappointed... in fact everything was very very good! We tried the trio of cod, the hot seafood appetizer (consisting of 4 tastings), the mixed seafood grill with potatoes and the scampi ravioli with cherry tomatoes and salicornia.... everything was superb, perhaps only the filling of the ravioli I found not very tasty. The waitress was very kind and good, the service was fast and attentive. The only negative note was the bill which instead of being detailed was presented as an agreed flat rate... I found this very unpleasant! According to my calculations there were a few euros in the balance but it didn't seem right to me... too bad!

17/06/2025: A bit rustic trattoria but with a very welcoming and kind service. The fish is very fresh and the prices are good. It is a bit out of the tourist and pedestrian area but it is worth a visit because you will not be disappointed.

02/06/2025: A few weeks ago we were passing through Termoli and we had dinner or at least that was our intention, I ordered a first course with red mullet sauce and it was full of bones, after the third bite a bone got stuck in my throat, I had trouble swallowing, one of the staff came over and told me it's just the impression 😓 I was feeling sick my partner took me to the hospital straight away, dinner not consumed but paid for anyway and without any concern for my health

21/06/2025: The restaurant is located in the center but in a very quiet street. Rustic atmosphere. The menu is not very rich in choice but I really appreciated the appetizer with various bruschetta and the cold cuts platter.

17/06/2025: Excellent restaurant and wine bar in the center of Termoli. The place is very nice, elegant and simple. The meat dishes are excellent. The straccetti all'aceto balsamico are amazing. The service is kind and punctual. Even if Termoli is a seaside city, if you want to eat excellent quality meat at non-inflated prices, this is the right place.

28/06/2025: I went to this restaurant for lunch. I was really amazed by the goodness of the dishes. Excellent fish, very fresh. All the pasta dishes were special, very tasty and presented very well! The place is also very beautiful, it overlooks the beach. Beautiful view!

We think of breaking up the journey and book in Termoli, about halfway, restaurant Il Borgo seen and liked the menu and above all the helpfulness of the owner, Pino, exquisite person, smiles that are contagious!!! Let's talk about the cuisine? I'll let the photos and the 5 5 5 5 stars do the talking! I'll go back, maybe for a weekend, lunch and dinner at Borgo, obviously!
