26/03/2025: Two of us went to eat on Tuesday evening, booking a table via the website: opting for Tuesday offers a "Taco Tuesday experience" which, however, I did not select. Upon our arrival they seat us and inform us that, since it is Tuesday, a large part of the menu is not served because they "give priority" to tacos; I think it is appropriate to communicate at the time of booking that most of the menu cannot be ordered even if you do not choose the proposed experience. However, we order a portion of nachos and two plates with tacos, one of which, requested by me, consists of 2 types of tacos not on the menu. The waitress very kindly tells me that it is possible to satisfy this request. They bring us the nachos we ordered (they probably forget to bring us the drinks first though): normal but they had the appearance of being "commercial" and the sauce, however, was good. The main problem was the tacos - we waited almost an hour after the nachos and many people around us were served first even though they arrived after us. We never ask the waiters but I think they noticed that our dishes were missing: they finally arrive but they are cold. As for the flavours, which I believe are subjective, I personally didn't like them: cod and potatoes was dry (and cold) while the one with Recco cheese and Genoese pesto was completely invaded by the flavor of the latter. It can happen that you forget about a dish for someone but if you know (or find out), the resulting dish must be perfect. Or at least steaming hot. However, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

18/04/2025: A very welcoming place, embellished with traditional Mexican elements that create a familiar and pleasant atmosphere. The drink I recommend most is the strawberry frozen margarita, excellent. We have been several times, including on New Year's Eve, on that occasion they organized an event with very festive songs and dances. It's one of my favorite places

30/03/2025: Dinner, me and my partner. We ordered two appetizers and a grill for 2... The waitress advised us to take a paella because it was too little in her opinion. Obviously after starter and paella we were super full. I ask if they had already started preparing the barbecue because otherwise I would have given up on it, he hears in the kitchen and tells us yes, it is already ready. 40 pass!! Minutes!!! And still nothing arrives. Then I ask if they're taking the piss out of me. I get up and go to pay and they tell me he was about to leave. I tell him to put it in a tray that I took home. Another 20 minutes pass. I swear! And they bring it to me to take away. I pay without making a fuss because my partner was there. If I was with friends it didn't end like this... moral. I won't go back even if they point a gun to my head. P.S. DEAREST

02/05/2025: Terrible service. Rudeness and unacceptable waiting times (on average one hour). I'm referring to the restaurant inside the shopping centre, the other one in via Ramelli works perfectly.

02/05/2025: Disappointing in every respect Our experience at Old Wild West was truly disappointing. Even though the place was far from full, we had to wait a long time in line to be seated. Once seated, the wait to order was unnerving, without any of the staff bothering to pay attention to us. The heat inside the restaurant was unbearable: the air conditioning was absent or in any case not working, making the meal even less pleasant. After a quarter of an hour they brought us a simple bottle of water, and even then we had to ask. In terms of food, nothing better: the chips were dry and tasteless, while the onion rings were soft and greasy, lacking crunch. The final bill was the icing on the bitter taste: prices decidedly disproportionate to the quality of the service and food. We will definitely not be returning.

19/03/2025: Ordered via deliveroo, food was poor and spoiled! Avoid like the plague if you don't want to go to the emergency room! Not recommended!
