Quality here isn't measured in "drops of sauce," but in the generosity and attention to detail behind each individual course. I had a seafood dinner and it was an exceptional experience. The real added value of the evening, however, was the staff: welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. Rather than pushing the most renowned or expensive dishes, the staff guided me intelligently, recommending some seafood specialties that turned out to be simply exquisite and expertly cooked. Service like this truly makes a difference and makes you feel at home. A place where the quality of the food and the honesty of the cuisine trumps any passing fad. I will definitely be back.
