17/01/2026: Bigoli is a blast, with a huge selection of toppings to suit all tastes; a family atmosphere; good prices; fast service; and a picturesque outdoor location overlooking the Soave walls and a view of the castle from one alley to the next.

14/01/2026: Excellent restaurant, worth a visit to Soave alone. Excellent fresh pasta with an endless combination of toppings, and the menu is full of sauces. Which is a bit scary, because places with menus like that usually leave a lot to be desired. Not here, though; the ones I tried were all excellent. And the portions were appropriately generous! They also have a few dishes for those who don't want pasta. Fast service, even when the place is busy. I recommend booking. Prices are very fair.

05/02/2026: Locanda Lo Scudo is a truly interesting, refined, and elegant place. It's a place where you immediately feel at ease, thanks to the cozy atmosphere and the friendly, attentive service. The staff is always smiling and professional. We ate fish and loved it: especially the sea bass, which was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. It was a wonderful experience; we relaxed and disconnected from everyday life. A very beautiful, charming, slightly quirky place, and above all, with truly delicious cuisine.

11/01/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance with friends, and it was a truly wonderful surprise! The portions were very generous; we miscalculated a little, but it was worth it!

02/12/2025: Franca is a rare host, Luigi is an equally exceptional waiter. It's one of those Italian trattorias worthy of WWF protection. Truly traditional, with a few unusual dishes, but exceptional nonetheless. We'll be back soon!

01/12/2025: A lovely Sunday lunch. The dining room on the first floor is very welcoming. The food is delicious, and the wine is excellent. The dessert deserves an honorable mention: the sbrisolona with cream was excellent! Signora Franca was very friendly; we'll be happy to return!
