16/06/2025: Clean room but the bed needs to be fixed as it has a sagging mattress and half of the bed has a wooden board instead of slats and when you move it makes a lot of noise.
15/06/2025: The hotel has potential, but some areas need improvement. The room was clean, but the decor was a bit dated. The self check-in system could be more intuitive. With some updates, this could be an excellent choice in the area.

15/06/2025: Excellent location immersed in the Valpolicella vineyards, fantastic aperitif and excellent dinner, all with excellent wines on subscription.
Very attentive service, never intrusive and very well looked after.
13/06/2025: A true oasis of happiness, being able to eat next to a thousand-year-old olive tree, with a view of the peace of the vineyards is a true rarity... exceptional rosé and recommended Valpolicella Ripasso... high quality food with creative touches... I'll be back

23/04/2025: Brand new rooms, perfectly clean and the breakfast is in front an amazing view.
The hotel crew is warmly and friendly, welcome drinks on Italian style.
Try the wines from their Winery, Amarone is amazing

11/03/2025: Mi trovavo a Negrar x un operazione al menisco… mi sono imbattuta in questo ristorante per sbaglio.. non conosco la zona.. e’ stata una bella sorpresa!! Da subito il titolare mi ha fatta sentire a mio agio, molto gentile e professionale. Piatti ottimi e vino super !!! Tant’è che ci sono ritornata alla sera🥳 consigliatissimo!!!!

15/11/2024: Paolo con il suo Charme intrattiene gli ospiti e cucina contemporaneamente!!!! Favoloso!!! Oltre l'eccelsa qualità degli ingredienti, si trova l'atmosfera accogliente del locale, che lo rende un punto di riferimento in Valpolicella!!
26/10/2024: L'impasto della pizza è ottima, ingredienti freschi, prezzi nella norma, servizio cordiale e locale piccolo ma accogliente. La consiglio!
