The restaurant, located in a former church building, is surprisingly bright and not at all stuffy—I was so captivated by the ambiance that I even forgot to photograph the dishes. The traditional atmosphere and attention to detail make it highly recommended for those seeking local cuisine and dishes prepared the way they once were. The wine list is excellent.

The cool valley breeze makes dining al fresco truly enjoyable on these warm summer evenings. The homemade pastas are excellent, featuring seasonal ingredients, including black truffles from Lessinia, and the homemade giardiniera (pickled vegetables). In addition to the à la carte menu, fresh daily specials enhance the truly inviting offerings. An extensive wine list caters to all tastes. The staff is very friendly and the service is attentive, even in the table setting. A well-deserved 5 stars.
