10/08/2025: We were there for the first time yesterday. I've known the owner for 30 years; he previously worked at two other restaurants. It's a family business. Everyone is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our expectations were even exceeded. Great atmosphere and excellent food. My wife had gnocci and I had tagliatelle pasta with porcini mushrooms. Everything was freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. All the other guests also seemed very satisfied. I will be happy to eat there again. Thanks to the team there, and keep up the good work.

06/08/2025: I can recommend this restaurant to anyone willing to pay the price for sophisticated craftsmanship. We had the full 10 courses with wine pairing, some very pleasant surprises, and outstanding service. We even had a quick chat with the funny and very creative chef. You can tell he understands his craft and knows how to use it. It's truly impressive.

27/07/2025: We had the pleasure of experiencing Leandro and his team yesterday – fantastic! We were excited about the many positive reviews – and our expectations were exceeded. A kitchen that offers traditional dishes with so much creativity, surprise, and excellent taste is unparalleled – all without any "molecular frills." Added to that is an atmosphere that blends "Welcome to us" with "Let us pamper you" – wonderful. The ambiance is modern and classic with plenty of taste and, of course, a stunning view. For us, it was a magical evening that we will remember for a long time – see you next time – thank you and a thousand graces.

22/07/2025: There is hardly a culinary place that I look forward to all year round as much as PARADISO PERDUTO. The food is simply incredibly tasty, beautifully presented and if you are lucky enough to have it served by Alba, you will have the prerequisites for a perfect meal with the most charming service. This becomes even more beautiful if you eat there in the evening with a view of Lake Garda as the sun slowly sets. Even our children (10 and 18 years old) like it there so much that we have to go there every year. And we like to do that. So see you next year.

11/08/2025: The best pizza in all of Malcesine. Tucked away from the alleyways, in a quiet location. Excellent service, friendly, and cheerful. There were four of us and we ate here several times during our two weeks. We tried other pizzerias, but no other could compete with Al Ristoro. Free spicy olive oil was offered with the pizzas. The prices are great. €6.50 for a Margherita. €13 for the most expensive one. The fish at the next table also looked great.

03/08/2025: The pizza was only mediocre. And the pizzaiolo doesn't seem to be Italian. The tiramisu wasn't traditionally Italian either.

07/08/2025: We had to wait 50 minutes for the pizzas. The service was absolutely terrible; they didn't respond to our waving. We had to take the remaining pizza to the kitchen to be packed. There, they just handed us an empty pizza box. You have to pay at the bar, which no one told us (which isn't usual for us). The waitress apologized. The manager had no insight at all. For us, this isn't a restaurant we would recommend. Especially not with small children. Never again!

07/08/2025: Perfect dinner, very friendly service, and easy to accommodate food intolerances. From the olives and bruschetta to the pasta and homemade pizza, everything was fantastic!!! Thank you!

23/07/2025: We went to the Bar Pizzeria da Pedro for a classic Italian dinner – pizza and pasta. The restaurant is touristy and accordingly busy, but we got a seat on the terrace. The ambiance and atmosphere are reminiscent of a typical tourist restaurant – uncomplicated, loud, but friendly. The food was surprisingly good: the pasta and pizza were fresh, tasty, and the prices were really fair. Perfect for a relaxed, simple dinner without a lot of frills.

28/07/2025: Das Essen ist super lecker. Man wird mit einem Lächeln und viel Freundlichkeit bedient. Und die Preise sind absolut fair. Wir waren in unserem Sommerurlaub 3 Mal hier essen und ob Pizza, Nudeln oder Fisch, es war jedesmal hervorragend. Kleiner Tipp: Tisch vorbestellen.

15/07/2025: Family-run since 2024, this restaurant offers excellent Italian food, not so "typically German"! There's plenty of that around Lake Garda. Also very good pizza. Significantly better quality than its predecessor.

13/07/2025: Highly recommended restaurant. Excellent cuisine, excellent pizza, and the service is second to none. Valeria pays great attention to every detail. Convenient parking, a restaurant equipped with an outdoor playground for children, which also houses ponies, parrots, and other animals. There's also an indoor playroom with games to entertain the little ones. Well done!

07/08/2025: Het eten was goede kwaliteit, ook in de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. De bediening is vriendelijk, het bedrijfsmodel lijkt erg op omloopsnelheid per tafel gericht. Dat is jammer, want het terras met uitzicht op het meer is fantastisch en doet af aan de sfeer. De beoordeling zou op ruim voldoende moeten staan.

30/07/2025: I had reserved a table for my husband and me on the evening of July 28, 2025. The restaurant was full, but the reservation wasn't particularly important; we were assigned a table without even mentioning our names. The food was served quickly, and the drinks and bread arrived very quickly. We didn't have to wait long for the food either. The food was good, no doubt about it. However, the atmosphere was too rushed for us; there was a constant coming and going, and the tables were very close together. Since the restaurant is located directly on the busy promenade of the old harbor, it simply seemed very hectic. The service was professional and friendly, and at the end, we were given a self-service bottle of limoncello. We prefer a quieter and more comfortable seating, especially for longer, preferably somewhere off to the side where people aren't constantly walking past. For this reason, despite the good food, I would choose a different restaurant for us next time. But that's simply due to our subjective experience.

10/08/2025: The food is okay. The people are nice. If you get a seat by the window, you'll have a great view of the lake. Overall, though, the atmosphere is rather dull.

29/06/2025: We just fancied something simple to take back to our hotel balcony for a chilled evening after a busy day out and all the various resturants we had tried previously. We didnt know what to expect but could not have been more pleasantly surprised. I know its only a pizza and chips but it just goes to show that simple food, sensibly priced and cooked well can beat many of the up market places if done with pride. Well done. Give it a try!
