I've been out for three minutes and I already want to share this beautiful experience.
Passing through, I don't know the area, I stop almost by chance.
Elegant, well-kept environment but it doesn't immediately intimidate me thanks to the polite, formal but "delicate" welcome of the girls in charge of the service.
A particular menu, it seems complex but every flavour, every ingredient is treated with respect, you can feel every detail.
Impeccable service.
Those who follow my reviews know that the thing I appreciate most is the smile.
I know it's hard to serve, to satisfy different needs, I've been there....but if you serve me at the table with a smile you will certainly make my stay a good memory.
So congratulations to the girls as well as to the owner.

an appetizer, courgette flowers with ricotta and panko fried anchovies. Spectacular

Considering the environment, the service and above all the dishes, the quality/price ratio is entirely unbalanced on quality!!!

If I really have to make a note it's about dessert, my subject anyway....,
The characteristic of tiramisu is the coffee to wet the ladyfingers or sponge cake if you prefer, you couldn't even smell the coffee, so clearly, having already prepared the portions, just add the cocoa and the chocolate flakes to serve, the coffee is wet, but if you have a tiramisu I expect to taste it. The mascarpone cream itself was excellent. Personal taste.

23/07/2024: The restaurant had a rather chilly interior, and surprisingly, the outdoor seating area was closed even though it was a beautiful sunny day.
The food was a letdown - the fish and tiramisu were dry, although the parmigiana starter was quite good.

Fantastic food, wine, service and location
30/07/2024: The external part offers tables with a wonderful view, all in the shade. Courteous staff. We took some delicious tortelli stuffed with Angus (although an extra tortello wouldn't hurt) then a tasty beef tartare even without being seasoned and finally a very tender and delicious Venetian-style liver.

08/07/2024: Tucked away in the Prosecco hills of Valdobiaddene, this little gem has wonderful views over the vineyards.
You may not notice the view however once you start tucking into Chiara’s cuisine !
Try the unusual local dishes like lamb sweetbreads with artichoke or the panzanella salad.
Washed down with decent wines at reasonable prices you will want a nap by the pool afterwards.
We didn’t stay here but there is a spa and the service was excellent.
07/07/2024: Ristorante enoteca situato in un luogo splendido, sulla strada del cartizze, peccato per aver dovuto cenare nella veranda interna a causa di un forte temporale. Locale elegante e raffinato, i piatti sono molto ricercati, realizzati con ingredienti di qualità con abbinamenti insoliti ma molto piacevoli al palato, segno di un grande studio da parte della bravissima chef. Molto varia la carta dei vini, servizio professionale e attento da parte di uno staff completamente al femminile sempre disponibile a spiegare i piatti in modo dettagliato. Considerando la qualità dei prodotti, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. Molto efficace la prenotazione online che dà la possibilità di scegliere anche l'orario di arrivo, con mail di conferma molto rapida. Da tornarci sicuramente, sperando nel bel tempo.

31/07/2024: Wenn zwei sehr junge Mitarbeiter gut 40 Gäste bedienen sollen, kann das nur schiefgehen. Nachdem das Personal 30 Minuten lang unsere leeren Gläser übersehen hatte, habe ich uns die Getränke schließlich selbst geholt. Die leergegessenen Teller haben wir, weil sie nicht abgeräumt wurden, irgendwann am leeren Nachbartisch platziert. Unsere Beschwerde wurde damit beantwortet, dass wir uns eben durch Winken deutlicher bemerkbar machen müssen. Ach ja, das Essen: Exzellente Fleischqualität, lieblos angerichtet.
21/07/2024: A trip with a friend surpassed all expectations.
Pre-arrival I communicated with Beatrice who was friendly and helpful and nothing ever felt too much.
Meeting her in person whilst there was a delight. She was lovely and a great ambassador for the place. Endlessly helpful and kind.
The place is spotlessly clean and has a beautiful rustic charm.
We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived until we left.
The food in the restaurant is out of this world and we had 2 fantastic meals and wine recommendations. The staff go above and beyond and make you feel part of the family. Special mentions to Lorenzo, Aurora and Davide for the fun, care and attention.
We spent 3 carefree days in beautiful countryside, eating, chatting, making new friends and drinking Prosecco!
Highly recommended.
