23/09/2025: I'll give it a 6=, roughly averaging the food (7/8) and service (4-). The service is extremely slow, almost to the point of being unbearable (I'll explain the actual times: 30 minutes to order, a good 50 minutes in total before we could start eating). No apology or understanding from the staff. The strong air conditioning and open doors create a draft, which is annoying for those in the flow. This has been reported by several customers, but it seems like no comfortable solution was possible. The acoustics are rather poor in a restaurant that is aesthetically new and fairly well-kept. The voices are always loud. Obviously, it depends on the restaurant's guests, but unfortunately, the atmosphere doesn't help. The food is certainly good and the prices are fair, so it gets full marks from this point of view, but in all honesty, I would never recommend eating there to a friend.

21/09/2025: Beautiful restaurant, with clean lines in a modern setting that stands out in the city. We were served by the owner, Mr. Mauro, who was kind, helpful, and never intrusive. He provided impeccable explanations of each dish and offered suggestions for those unsure whether to choose between innovative and traditional dishes. The staff was young and friendly. The dishes were carefully served, with generous portions and moderate prices. One of those places you'll want to return to. Family lunch, November 2024.
