22/05/2025: Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza ed ospitalità nel vostro Ristorante che ci ha immersi sin da subito in un ambiente chic e raffinato dall'atmosfera calda, intima e romantica, accompagnati da un rilassante e piacevole sottofondo musicale molto apprezzato. Il servizio è attento ma discreto e lo Sraff in cucina giovane e creativo. I piatti sono ricercati e serviti con cura e passione nei tempi giusti per poterli apprezzare. Ci ha colpito la presentazione molto bella e colorata dove si nota la ricerca del dettaglio che rapisce gli occhi ancor prima del palato dove l'armonia dei sapori regala sensazioni entusiasmanti. Ci avete letteralmente conquistati!

We started with a stunning appetizer: tiny shrimp from the lagoon, fried whole and served over creamy polenta with a delicate cod mousse made with milk and cream. Then came a beautifully plated octopus dish with razor clams and a fresh young artichoke salad – a perfect balance of texture and flavor. The grand finale: spaghetti cacio e pepe with scampi – a dish so rich and refined, it left a lasting impression. This is not a tourist trap, but a place where you experience Italian cuisine at its finest, made for those who truly appreciate top-level cooking. Service was impeccable, the wine pairing spot on, and every detail of the evening felt carefully curated. Zafferano isn’t just a dinner spot – it’s a world-class dining experience.

27/05/2025: Delicious food, attentive service, decent (but not too extensive) wine list. The interior is stylish, but not over pretentious, making it an ideal place for a quiet dinner. I have been there on a couple of occasions, tried both fish and meat dishes and never left disappointed. Michelin star well deserved.

16/06/2025: Indecisi sul da farsi in una strana sera piovosa di giugno abbiamo deciso di dirigerci verso il locale nei pressi dell'albergo in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Eureka! La scelta si è rivelata eccellente. Abbiamo trovato un locale confortevole e dall'ambiente giovanile ma caratterizzato da in livello qualitativo e professionale insospettabile. Abbiamo cenato con pietanze sfiziose e ben preparate e pasteggiato con un ottimo vino bianco della zona. È veramente un grande piacere vedere dei ragazzi che lavorano in questo modo. Un plauso incondizionato a tutti e continuate così. Ps. La serata era per noi veramente speciale: festeggiavamo 25 anni di matrimonio. Grazie per avere reso ancora più magica la nostra esperienza a Padova!

22/05/2025: We stumbled in by chance on our way back to the hotel and managed to get a table without a reservation. The service team was extremely friendly and competent. The cuisine was outstanding, and our meals were excellent. By the way, we've never had such light and airy gnocchi anywhere else. A must for us on our next visit to Padua.
