Overall we ate very well, with just a few flaws: most of the truffle-based condiments were particularly salty, and the wild boar in the stew was burnt.
Slightly long waiting times.
Excellent and creative plating.
We will return if we are nearby.

21/12/2024: We went to this little restaurant last night for dinner and had a great time! The food is spectacular (the chestnut and chickpea soup was special and the cheesecake cooked to tears), the atmosphere is warm and the people who work there are very kind. If we lived in the area we would be regular customers ❤️
13/12/2024: We stayed in Tuoro s. Trasimeno, at the Osteria della Pergola, 8 friends celebrating having found each other again after a couple of years. Few tables, 7/8, and family level attention. Excellent and varied cuisine, excellent appetizers and homemade tagliatelle with white ragout and porcini mushrooms. °Sweets of your choice from the cart and a fair price. What more could you want?

Everything is extremely well looked after down to the smallest details, the rooms are delightful and are designed down to the smallest aesthetic and practical details for the customer, the staff is kind, professional, truly 5 stars in everything! SPA included... very clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ well done everyone... super romantic atmosphere and soft lights for dinner... for those like me who don't like to eat too well lit 😂
