08/08/2024: This has always been my favourite restaurant in Norcia, the refined taste, high quality, atmosphere, and service has always given me and my guests good memories.
The family owners, have demonstrated a remarkable determination and resilience, as they had to move out from the original restaurant location after 2016's earthquake, and again move two years ago due to issues with the temporary venue.
The new location is ok, not what they deserve, but still good to enjoy a meal as a couple, family or when with friends.
The food and many classic dishes are still the same, with the addition of nice cuts of selected meats.
My recommendation for these with compatible taste, is the "Filetto di manzo with Gorgonzola and black truffle".
The meat had a buttery consistency, so tender and juicy, the cream was balanced, you could identify and taste both truffles and gorgonzola in balanced harmony.
I hope they will soon be able to get back to the original family venue.
09/07/2024: Il locale è ben arredato, siamo rimasti 2 gg a norcia e visto che ci siamo trovati bene la prima sera abbiamo deciso di tornarci anche la sera dopo. Il cibo è ottimo, il personale ospitale e veloce l'ambiente piacevole

14/08/2024: Spectacular is an understatement, an informal place just outside Norcia, don't let the place fool you, if you want to eat truffles you're in the right place here. Delicious starters, first and second courses, fresh truffle (not truffle sauce), generous portions and very kind staff.
It's really worth going back and coming back!
11/08/2024: We went to eat at this restaurant today. We spent little and ate divinely. Highly recommended: strangozzi with porcini mushrooms and truffle and steak with truffle. Very kind owners. I recommend booking

24/11/2023: Io e il mio compagno ci siamo venuti più volte, ed ogni volta l'esperienza è stata più che positiva! I piatti sono buonissimi, preparati al meglio con i prodotti locali. Il personale è gentilissimo, educato e disponibile ed accoglie qualsiasi richiesta del cliente con educazione e sorrisi ! Ovviamente torneremo qui altre migliaia di volte!

Locanda de' Senari

18/06/2024: Una Locanda da tre stelle che vale per cinque. In questa terra martoriata dal terremoto, in cui si vede ancora una realtà difficile e lontana dalla normalità, la bellezza delle fioriture e dei paesaggi fa dimenticare il presente e viene allietata dalla Locanda de Senari, dove la semplice attenzione fa vivere l'incantesimo di una storia senza tempo. Cibi buoni e genuini, pulizia, odore di bucato della biancheria e la Sig.ra Mariella, fanno dimenticare le ferite nel paese.
09/06/2024: Ottima esperienza! Vista spettacolare, tutto molto pulito e la signora è stata gentilissima per l’intero tempo del soggiorno. Saremmo rimasti volentieri più giorni!
