15/05/2025: Wonderful place, truly suggestive.
I went there for dinner and I have to say that I liked everything.
From the kindness of the service, to the exquisite food, to the simple location but cared for in every detail with many prints by Musante (which I adore by the way!). I don't know what else to say because for me it was truly a perfect dinner. I would go back again and again! And obviously I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!
Thanks to the girls in the dining room.
Even though I accidentally broke a glass on the table and I was mortified and super embarrassed, they put me at ease by intervening immediately and joking with me.
SPECIAL!

08/05/2025: On the recommendation of a local girl my friend and I went here for dinner. Not knowing the places we trusted her and we did well!
A nice place to taste typical local dishes. I will definitely come back next time and the owners are really smart, polite and approachable.
05/05/2025: Restaurant in the historic center of Bevagna, perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the authentic flavors of Umbria. The environment is welcoming and well cared for, with a warm and familiar atmosphere. The staff is friendly, although service can slow down a bit when the place is full.
The highlight is the tasting of appetizers: a rich and varied tray with cured meats, cheeses, croutons, vegetables and local sauces, well presented and very tasty. The first courses are also excellent, in particular the gnocchi with Sagrantino and the cappellacci with truffle. Among the second courses, the tagliatelle with truffles is an excellent choice.
It ends on a sweet note with the cantucci served with Sagrantino passito, perfect to end the meal.
A genuine and tasty experience, recommended for those who love traditional cuisine and local flavours.

11/05/2025: Mi sono recato in questo locale assieme alla mia fidanzata durante il nostro soggiorno a Bevagna. Il ristorante sorge nel centro del paese e offre, oltre ai tavoli al chiuso, anche dei tavoli nel fantastico giardino interno. Consiglio a tutti di iniziare con un ottimo Antipasto Il Grottino, ricco di salumi, formaggi e crostini vari. Tra i primi imperdibile gli ottimi Ravioli con arancia e pistacchi o in alternativa gli eccezionali Strangozzi Funghi e Salsiccia. Tra i secondi davvero molto buono e tenero il Filetto di Maiale alle Noci. Innaffiate il tutto con un' ottima bottiglia di Rosso di Montefalco e passerete senza dubbio una fantastica serata. Prezzi medi e qualita' della cucina eccellente: assolutamente consigliato !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
03/05/2025: Sono stato qua con moglie e figlia, visitando Bevagna.Abbiamo preso Una tagliatella al ragu, uno strangozzo ai funghi e salsiccia ed una tagliatella con asparagi e carciofi.
Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti di tutti e tre i piatti, di ottima qualita’ e di giusta quantita’.
Prezzo giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato.
Molto consigliato.

02/02/2025: Siamo arrivati e ci siamo seduti alle 20:00 in punto e ci siamo alzati da tavola a mezzanotte, praticamente un ricevimento ad un matrimonio dura meno!
Ho cenato diverse altre volte in ristoranti gourmet anche stellati ma mai una cena è durata così tanto, tempi inspiegabilmente biblici, mezzora di orologio tra il pre-dessert e il dessert.
Si può scegliere tra tre diversi menù degustazione, i piatti sono curati, di ottima fattura e buonissime materie prime, alcuni abbinamenti azzardati ad esempio ostrica con porcini fermentati, il sapore di questi ultimi non pervenuto. Stessa cosa dicasi per i tagliolini la cui crema di carciofi copriva tutto il resto. Detto questo se dopo cena avevate programmato altro vi toccherà disdire, non si esce prima di 4 ore!
14/12/2024: Grazie per questo viaggio che ci ha fatto sognare, tutti gli studi dello chef li abbiamo ritrovati nei piatti e nella loro presentazione, eravamo dubbiosi sulla scelta del menù degustazione , invece si è rivelato una scoperta dietro l’altra….in questi anni sei cresciuto molto!

26/04/2025: Arrivo ore 19 con prenotazione, risposta “apriamo alle 20”
Ore 20:00 torniamo e il ristorante era già mediamente affollato, ordinazione presa intorno alle 20:15, nel mentre il locale si riempie… ore 21:45 dopo diversi solleciti finalmente riusciamo a cenare, a differenza di altri, venuti dopo e serviti prima.
Purtroppo la vera nota dolente oltre alla lunga e ingiustificata attesa, è la mancanza di professionalità nel fare ristorazione e nel trattare il cliente.
Detto questo, carne perfetta e cucinata egregiamente, mangiato davvero molto bene, purtroppo non basta.
Il risultato è un pessimo ricordo.
