16/02/2025: The restaurant was beautiful, the food was excellent and the staff were very kind and competent... the house wine was excellent and the bread was also... we had a starter of cold cuts and cheeses... sublime... buttons with guinea fowl top... sliced with potatoes also... the dessert was super... very good... excellent value for money
06/01/2025: Epiphany day lunch, excellent welcome, precise and accurate service, friendly and helpful staff. Basic but comprehensive menu. Well prepared dishes with a strong flavour, compliments to the Chef, a suggestion: I would not have put bagna cauda on the fregola with cod but I would have added a little salt of onions and celery to compensate for the strong flavor of the cod. Comprehensive wine list, excellent desserts. Easily accessible. Advised

08/02/2025: Family-run trattoria offering a very high quality menu, with seasonal products and fast service. Good value for money. Few tables and pleasant environment. Highly recommended.
01/02/2025: I only ate the gnocchi and the fig cake but both, and then the cake!!!, were delicious. Environment the way I like it!

08/02/2025: Business dinner in an environment furnished with excellent taste in the historic center of Bevagna, in fact it feels like eating in an art gallery. If on the one hand the environment was unique and refined, on the other the dishes are unfortunately nothing memorable. The polenta for the starter is good. Unfortunately, the Sagrantino gnocchi had a very light flavor and taste, not very predominant. For the chitarrini white ragù and truffle, however, expectations were very high but then the result appeared to be only sufficient given that it featured a sort of creamy cream with a creamy taste that was not listed on the menu. Very polite staff but poorly trained on the nature and origin of the processed foods.

02/02/2025: Siamo arrivati e ci siamo seduti alle 20:00 in punto e ci siamo alzati da tavola a mezzanotte, praticamente un ricevimento ad un matrimonio dura meno!
Ho cenato diverse altre volte in ristoranti gourmet anche stellati ma mai una cena è durata così tanto, tempi inspiegabilmente biblici, mezzora di orologio tra il pre-dessert e il dessert.
Si può scegliere tra tre diversi menù degustazione, i piatti sono curati, di ottima fattura e buonissime materie prime, alcuni abbinamenti azzardati ad esempio ostrica con porcini fermentati, il sapore di questi ultimi non pervenuto. Stessa cosa dicasi per i tagliolini la cui crema di carciofi copriva tutto il resto. Detto questo se dopo cena avevate programmato altro vi toccherà disdire, non si esce prima di 4 ore!
14/12/2024: Grazie per questo viaggio che ci ha fatto sognare, tutti gli studi dello chef li abbiamo ritrovati nei piatti e nella loro presentazione, eravamo dubbiosi sulla scelta del menù degustazione , invece si è rivelato una scoperta dietro l’altra….in questi anni sei cresciuto molto!

09/01/2025: Pranzare in questo ristorante è stata una piacevole esperienza e appena possibile io e mio marito ci ritorneremo volentieri, anche perché vorremmo provare altre specialità della casa. La location è gradevole e accogliente, il personale è disponibile, i tempi d'attesa non sono lunghi.
21/12/2024: Le bruschette sono deliziose. Abbiamo provato diversi primi inclusa la zuppa e tutti erano ottimi. Buona cucina. Servizio gentilissimo.

The cold cuts, their meats, a delight for the palate. I thought I had tasted quality products until now but after their cold cuts I understood that the bar can still be raised,
Fast service and competitive prices create an excellent place to spend a pleasant evening, I always recommend booking given the small and refined place is normally crowded...
15/01/2025: I found myself in Bevagna in June and while walking through the center I noticed that outside the restaurant there was a sign indicating "fresh porcini mushrooms" and the choice was immediate. The room is small but very comfortable. The staff are great and the food was delicious. Especially the porcini mushrooms and the meat. Montefalco wine crowned the meal. I highly recommend everyone to stop and eat at this place.
